para ito sa mga nagtitipid, bawal sa maarte at maseselan. Masasabi ko na pwede na yung category. Sympre tutulugan lang naman kasi most of the time ay nasa labas lang. maliliit room nila just enough to move around. Budget hotel talga so you know what to expect. okay naman room. Yung heater lang talga may topak. Isang araw lang na okay yung heater the next day gang sa umuwi kmi hindi gumagana. Pero can not complain syempre mura lang . ganun tlaga you get what you pay for. Pero okay na okay na samin na budgetarian. perfect ang location malapit sa lahat. hindi ka mgugutom at lahat ng needs mo nasa baba lang. Again bawal ang maarte at maselan dito. Kung maselan ka nd ka uubra dito hahahah! in fairness malinis naman c.r at room so yun ang importante. Saka mejo maingay aircon window type kasi. Old nadin yung building at yugn elevator masikip at matagal maghintay. Pero sympre sa presyo na sakto lang naman. Syempre mura lang. magagamit mo pa yung extra budget mo para sa shopping at gala. So over all happy parin hehehehe

Stayed at Kabayan Hotel at Chungking Mansion from Dec 30-Jan 4 2024, with my family of 5 , 2 seniors , my Wife and my 13yr old son. The location is superb , from airport just take a bus and stop almost infront of Chungking mansion very easy to get to. Chungking has a great exchange rates for money, cheap food and drinks that cost 2-3times more outside , so on a budget Kabayan has great rates , lowest at the time I booked , room was a little small for a group of 5 , but can’t complain and still happy about it. Maybe not for everyone if you are looking for a “Nice” hotel , the staff are nice , especially the owners who I had contact with , Sharon helped us a lot and with any concerns , from tips on where to eat and what to visit. Even the staff Mary also helped us to get a car to the airport that fits us all plus luggage at a very affordable price compared to Uber. It’s nothing fancy but for frugal people like us is very ideal. Also next to the TST station as well, easy to go to the tourist spots. I do recommend if you are a budget traveler, it won’t break the bank and can save more but still enjoy HongKong.

I was disappointed at first because we cannot find Kabayan Hotel at Chungking Mansion. We were with kids, we have a lot of heavy luggages and on Agoda it says 15th floor D8. IT WAS NOT THERE. NO KABAYAN HOTEL!!! Good thing we found someone whom we asked where it is. IT WAS AT THE 11TH FLOOR D8 and the NEW NAME IS MARIGOLD. I hope they change it here in Agoda. The room was clean. Everythin was clean. So our stay was ok.
Good budget guesthouse room”
Like all guesthouses in Chungking Mansion, it is a small room and small bathroom. But everything is acceptable: clean bed, clean shower, hot water, working AC, working WiFi, and available staff. Good for a budget stay in HK.
