Brilliant fun for older kids”
We only stayed one night but wish we could've stayed longer. My boys (9&10) really loved going down the slide and jumping off the platform into the river. This area is behind the river rooms close to the river bank and has a long raft, 3 ropes to grab hold of and if you miss all that, you'd be stopped from floating down the river by the 2nd metal bridge structure. There are plenty of life-jackets and I'd highly recommend wearing one in the unlikely case you were swept down river by the strong current. The room we stayed in was a family room with 2 double beds. It was comfy and clean. We had a fridge and air con and a terrace right on the river. Great place to sit and watch the river life. There's also a clothes dryer. The restaurant staff, despite not having much English, were friendly and tried to help us the best they could. The food was quite nice and beer reasonable prices. Enough choice at the buffet breakfast. There is a brilliant luggage zipline thing which means you don't need to carry your heavy bags from the car park to the river or back again. The receptionist lady was lovely and had our bill ready for checkout, super quick which we appreciated. Another brilliant thing is that there is a free raft ride every morning between 9-10am. Definitely do it! So lovely going down the river. I recommend this hotel and hope to go back there soon.

Fabulous jungle experience ”
We had an amazing stay here!very Clean river villa , kids were thrilled to be “floating “ on the river ! Quite remote to get to but that for us was part of the adventure!!!haha Public bus to highway point from where hotel sent a pick up truck to get us ! Staff are all polite although not much English which is fine ....Very thoughtful as there were no veggie/ vegan options for dinner for me but they specially made a tasty veggie dish for both dinner and breakfast next day , so kind !! Highlight of our stay was the river floating experience in the morning!!! Unique and blissful to be able to jump into the river and very safe as staff are all watchful and available for help!! Our kids were totally wowed and so were WE!!

Great weekend stay”
Even though, It was our last minutes trip to Kanchanaburi, very reasonable price. Room is nice clean, friendly staffs and good river view. We got room upgrade to family room which s awesome. We will definitely stay there again soon.

Unique experience”
We can recommend this place. The lodge is well situated in the middle of the jungle at the river and the rooms with private balconies are still very comfortable. Every morning a part of the restaurant is disconnected and moved down the river for free sightseeing, which is really cool. The food offered is good and valuable. The staff is kind, but you mostly have to communicate with google translate. It‘s very off the beaten path for foreigners. It‘s also difficult to get there without a car. They offer free pickup from the main road, where you can get to by bus. From Nam Tok train station, which is 20min further down the main road, they charge 800 thb for a pickup, which we found expensive.

Location is a bit far from the main road, which involves some driving time, but also provides you with perfect tranquility. The rooms are functional although a bit small, TV only has Thai language channels. Our daughter really enjoyed the swimming in the River Kwai. Although the current is very strong, safety ropes and exit ladders make it more like a swimming pool. Dinner and Breakfast are included, mostly catering for Asian taste (hotel guests were almost exclusively Thai). If you like you can have your meal outside under the sky. Also included is the rafting trip in the morning. You can either sit and enjoy the spectacular views or jump into the water to be picked up 20 min later further down the river. Safety wests and rescue boats are provided.

This resort is away from everything but quiet and relax for taking a short break. But not suitable for people with old people because from the parking area to the room need to walk down a very Steep slope. But over all good

Enjoyable experience and first Time on Raft”
The highlight will be great staffs. They are very helpful and make us feel welcome. The breakfast and dinner are delicious and they provide more than enough for us. Not much activity to do around the raft but we enjoy morning raft sight seeing and kids have fun with one water slide. You definitely need to have a car. You can visit the Hellfire pass interpretive center. It is about 30 mins from the resort. We would love to be back again.

Raft rooms were compact but functional. Food selection was same / similar for breakfast and diner. Kids loved the slider into the river and ropes/floating mats and air hockey. Cool upper deck of restaurant to enjoy the views and and cool evening air. Restaurant bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Highlight was the FREE 1.5hr raft ride in the morning including opportunity to float down the river for 2km.

Nice hotel, friendly staff... remote”
Stay 1 night at raft room, hotel is nice and clean. Included breakfast, dinner and free boat ride at the morning. But this hotel is very far away from the Kanchanaburi city... Must self drive. And there are no shops or restaurants near the hotel...

Nice raft resort in a lovely hidden valley ”
You need a car to get here . Very quiet and on a lovely part of the river. I personally loved it . The room is a bit small and getting a little old but the location is awesome. You can swim and relax. The restaurant is reasonable with a good upper deck . My only gripe was I thought it was a bit overpriced. I paid $75 AU probably worth 40. I would stay again for a better price.

A great place to get away from the city”
I think this is a great place to get away from the busy citylife. The location is really off the grid but it also means one can fully enjoy the serene environment in peace. The food is limited as there's only 1 kitchen serving all the ppl in the resort so need to wait very long for the food to be served. Overall it's a great place!

Wonderful memory of this resort”
The road leading to the resort is very dark, so plan your arrival before sunset. We came in a group of 8 pax and our rooms were on a floating platform . It is very relaxing to sit at the balcony watching the running water flowing through and the morning mist drifting across the mountain. Our group enjoyed the morning boat ride where the whole floating platform is being towed by another boat moving downstream .
