Lovely Stay”
Location was not too far from the Train Station. We hopped on a Bus and only one stop away. Got down and walked about 4 mins to reach the hotel. Check in was a breeze. Getting to the room was not the usual way. Our room was like at the annex building. Took the lift up to 1st floor, walk to and through the breakfast dining hall. Go up a flight of stairs. Turn left and take the lift up to 4th floor. We had 4 bags. Quite a challenge but we made it! The room had a high window and no view. But the AC was working and the room was clean and the space was just enough for both of us. Overall good
Muy buen hotel”
Este hotel es muy decente, la ciudad misma es espectacular y el hotel esta bien ubicado (a pasos del parlamento). Lamentablemente fuimos un día domingo y estaba todo cerrado en la ciudad y no fue mucho lo que pudimos disfrutar mas que de turismo simple, pero Bern es una ciudad muy linda. El hotel cumple con todo lo necesario, limpio, 3,5 estrellas para suiza, el staff muy bueno, tiene buen ascensor, buen desayuno con terraza, las piezas son cómodas. Como decía, fuimos un domingo y no puedo decir si es el mejor ubicado ya que estaba todo cerrado y los suizos son bien flojos por que no trabajan los domingos, pero el lunes que nos fuimos nos dimos cuenta que hay mucho comercio cerca, restaurantes, supermercados, etc..., yo lo recomiendo. This hotel is very decent, the city itself is spectacular and the hotel is well located (a few steps from the parliament). Unfortunately, we went on a Sunday and everything was closed in the city and we were not able to enjoy much more than simple tourism, but Bern is a very nice city. The hotel meets everything you need, clean, 3.5 stars for Switzerland, the staff is very good, it has a good elevator, good breakfast with a terrace, and the rooms are comfortable. As I said, we went on a Sunday and I can't say if it's the best located since everything was closed and the Swiss are very lazy because they don't work on Sundays, but the Monday we left we realized that there is a lot of shops nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, etc..., I recommend it.

Este hotel es muy decente, la ciudad misma es espectacular y el hotel esta bien ubicado (a pasos del parlamento). The hotel is centrally located and close to the railway station. The room is spacious enough and clean. TV screen is comparatively larger than in many other hotels. Breakfast is served in a nice large hall and offers good food. There are plenty of restaurants as well as a supermarket in the same street next to the hotel. The interior of the hotel - the lift and corridors have a fresh and modern look.
Good Hotel”
If you are only staying in Bern for 1-2 days, this hotel is fine. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The location is excellent. Their breakfast is fine. They have bacon and eggs...some cheese and meats, also a coffee maker. . I asked for a non smoking room but room 322 smells like someone smoked a cigarette there. The floor in room 322 is uneven. Maybe they have other better rooms. Room 322 is not suitable for seniors. Maybe only for young couples/adults. The trash can in the bathroom makes a loud noise when closed and disturbs the person sleeping. Room needs to be dusted. Hangers in the closet have dust and the table with the welcome message needs dusting too. Even if it wasn't that clean. My mother and I slept well in this hotel. I felt safe. I think the location of this hotel is excellent. We had City View and it was nice.
