Fantastic, amazing, breathtaking”
We had 6 nights at Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan. Everything, from the small things like bed sheets, night snacks with a little story, every little detail was well thought threw. The staff was amazing. Always very helpfull and kind, always smiling and saying hello/see wa dee. It is pricey, but it definantly is the best hotel on the entire island. I’ve been a lot of places, hotels/resorts. And this is, by far, the best and most luxurious place i’ve ever been. They are so attentive of their gusets. We rented a scooter threw the hotel, same price as everywhere else, but the scooter comes straight to the lobby. You pay when you are done (1, 2, 3, or more days) just call the lobby from 8am and they’ll come and pick the scooter and the money for the days you’ve used the scooter. Breakfast is AMAZING! The egg station, makes an amazing omelet. The croissants tastes so good. They have a really good salami. Fruit is delicious. When i go back to Koh Phangan, i’ll with no doubt, stay at Kupu Kupu.

The best resort one can ask for”
My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and it’s definitely was the best part of our trip. The staff is wonderful and very thoughtful, the food is great, but most of all, the view and emplacement is breathtaking and unbeatable! Perfect for couples, but we already planning coming back with our extended family! Don’t miss the villas by the sea.

Amazing!”
We stayed in Kupu Kupu for 3 nights and loved every second of it! At first we booked the Sunset Pool Villa, but luckily we were offered a room upgrade for free. Our villa was huge, the bed super comfy and everything looked really nice. The price included both breakfast and dinner, so we actually never left the premises during our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of different options and big portions. The French toast for breakfast was one of the best French toasts we have ever had. Customer service was just excellent - everybody was friendly, helpful and the room service came twice per day. We'd especially like to send our gratitude to the guy who had come from Kupu Kupu Bali and whose name we sadly have forgotten. He made the effort to come and talk to all the guests every morning and see if everything is perfect. He also gave some good recommendations and went the extra mile in every way. Since the hotel is in progress of being renovated and built, the only downside was that the gym was a bit too basic (seemed like it was in a temporary room). Other than that everything was amazing and it was actually the only hotel on the island, where we did not have a fluctuating water temperature from hot to cold and so on. Definitely recommended if you're okay to spend a little bit more money to pamper yourself!

great hotel. great rooms especially the Beachfront villas. service was good and Andy at the reception was a god send. he took the customer service to another level. However, food was average and below par. they really need to improve there. apart from that great location and views.

Lovely calm resort with big rooms”
Very nice stay. Very much enjoyed the resort. Only problem was the expensive taxi rides around the island to go anywhere.

It’s not a 5 stars resort”
The hotel need mantenence. The flor in the bathroom it’s not ok, the bed it’s old. The terrace was not clean and the private swimming pool look old. The breakfast was poor, almost not fresh fruit and the juices not fresh!!! The access to the beach was not ok less places to stay and nothing else! Not activity ( only one old kayak) not shuttle to another beaches!

Not value for money. We pay a lot per night. The room is big and nice but when someone walk in the room the sleep one feels everything. The overall feeling is of an old hotel. The staff is nice

This hotel is my favorite hotel that I really want to stay at least for once. I booked the cheapest one (I think) and I did not expect too much for the room but when I came there i was surprised because I think the room is better than and I expected and I like the smell in the room. There is free shuttle bus from the main pier to the hotel as well.

Exceptional Experience, Location & Staff”
This is a magical hotel where really amazing things happen. Great staff and food. Extremely pretty and enchanting. It’s not cheap, but if you want something special - I highly recommend it! I stayed in a pool sea view villa, just perfect.

Great hotel”
We stayed for 3 nights, and had a great time! The staff are so nice and helpful, especially Andy which helped us with everything we needed and made sure our stay is wonderful. The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. The location was good, about 5 mins drive to the tong sala pier. The only thing is the bed and the pillows that were not comfortable. We did get another pillow when we asked to, which was better, but didn’t solve the issue completely.

Found the place of my dreams”
Fantastic staff, outstanding villas with private pools and beach access!!! It is almost impossible to describe the vibe you’re getting from the moment you step into this place… everybody, and I mean really the entire staff anywhere there will have a discreet yet permanent care for everything around you. One of the rare places I know already I will go again. And again. And probably more! One thing though: I would not recommend the formula with dinner. The restaurant is very very nice and the kitchen delicious, but the options become quickly repetitive if you’re staying for a week or more. That’s not even a negative really, just something to be aware of. All in all I thank all of them for a great experience!!

Amazing ”
Staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay which was really convenient and added to the value of our stay. Every room has a private pool which is amazing. We enjoyed our private pool with the view of the sea. The shared pool is also gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. TVs in the room came with netflix. Food and drink prices were very fair, along with fair prices for taxis and motorbike rentals. Very luxurious place to stay!
