My stayed at Kyriad Le Blanc Mesnil Hotel had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioner in our room was not working and the staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. We were moved to another room, but there was hammering and drilling noise from the upper floor and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Additionally, we had to collect the iron ourselves and there was no bellboy available. Overall, the staff's attitude and the situation significantly impacted my family's vacation in Paris

This hotel is extremely loud, the doors slam every time. The toilet was dirty and disgusting. There was mold in the room and in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and gross. Would absolutely not recommend.

Very Old facilities. Not at all in deserve of being a 3 star hotel. At Reception they wanted to charge me again, that my payment didn't go through - when i had paid 2 months before. Lady that was doing housekeeping of the rooms was the Best (didn't speak English) but helped me when i asked for an extra pillow.
