Great for business”
I travel to Austin regularly. This property has been perfect for my needs. It is close to everything and its location makes it easy to quickly get anywhere in Austin, even during rush hour!
Served it’s purpose”
I only stayed for one night so I didn’t experience a lot, but the room was clean and accommodating. No issues. Booking through Agoda was easy offering low rates.
Never again ”
First night was very noisy. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told it was not possible because they would be left with a dirty room and no housekeeping to clean it. The gym was stuffy with no AC. There was one treadmill, one elliptical, one stationary bike, and free weights. The treadmill and bike were both broken. Cabinet in the room was broken and the hinge was falling off. There were many construction workers also staying at the hotel. This is ok but most nights, the trucks are taking up 6 parking spaces each in front of the hotel. There was also men sitting on the floor hanging out in the hall when I would come back at night. The room and bathroom were clean but the carpet had stains and needs replacing. I would have liked fresh fruit for breakfast so I skipped it altogether. I come to Austin every week for work and will not be staying here again.

Old, stained carpets in halls are coming loose and creating wrinkles which may be a tripping hazard. Baseboards, furnishings, and elevators are scarred and chipped and long overdue for replacement. Attention has been paid to the comfort of the beds, and some work has been done to update the bathrooms. The location is convenient to busy highways, but is crouched right beside them. The in-room AC unit was loud.

Pros: Clean rooms Good beds Decent breakfast Accessible place Friendly staff Cons: Poor Hotel & room lighting, whole place was dingy Parking lot was a little dirty No extra mattresses/roll beds Poor toiletries/ very limited Parking lot also has poor lighting Overall, a little overpriced for its appeal, But good. 3 stars.
