5 Stars in Chiang Rai”
This is the second time we have stayed at this gem of a hotel. Here you will find a lovely comfortable room and facility where all the amenities are maintained and work properly. The property is not large, but the pool is inviting and relaxing. Breakfast is well prepared with good choices for all tastes. What really sets this place above the rest is the amazing staff of hospitality experts that make you feel like you are the most important person in the hotel. Everyone in each department deserves credit for making the guests stay so warm and welcoming. A 10 out of 10!

Amazing Staff and Property ”
We stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing time. The staff are outstanding, the level of service was impeccable. When we walked in the staff were warm and inviting and exceptionally attentive. The food service was great for both Breakfast and Dinner! I had an unexpected health event for my companion during the stay and the staff were incredibly supportive and caring and went well above what was expected. The facility was great as well with a nice quite pool, great exercise room and the rooms were well appointed and large! The housekeeping staff were very efficient and did a great job each day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay that is very convenient to the activities in the city!

An outstanding hotel, centrally located.”
A lovely boutique hotel with rooms that all seem to have a balcony overlooking the pleasant pool. Our quiet ground floor room was superb and most comfortable. Despite the hotel being right in the centre, the rooms were well insulated from the city noise. Breakfasts were very good despite covid restrictions and the staff simply wonderful and helpful. Very highly recommended.

This place is brilliant”
Really cannot complain about anything - the staff are the friendliest ever, breakfast was great, freshly cooked egg dishes and fruit and thai options too. Pool is an idyllic spot right in the city/centre, very cold, but much needed refreshment if you've been walking around Wats or whatever! The room is very modern and clean, hive/smart controls for lighting/air con etc, big shower. Hole heartedly recommend.

Excellent hotel in Chiang Rai”
If you plan to stay in the city look no further than this charming little hotel right in town. It's convenient to the market & restaurants. We arrived by bus from Chiang Mai and it was a short walk from the station. Although we only stayed a night I was very impressed with the quiet & clean facilities. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Friendliest Staff in All of Thailand!”
By far the friendliest staff of any we encountered in Thailand. Very helpful in setting us up with an all day (8 hour) personal taxi driver to tour Golden Triangle (2,500 THB total - we had 3 people in the taxi). Pool is 5 met X 14 meters & very nice. Plenty of good restaurants within 5 minute walk in town. Western/Thai breakfast (included) was the best of our 5 in Thailand - they let you order as much as you want of ANY of their menu items - in addition to their continental buffet! Clean roomy rooms. Would stay here again!

Great location and very nice rooms. The staff were all great. Always with a greeting and ready to answer any questions. Loved the room, too. Very modern, nice, and clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again any time I'm in Chiang Rai.

Superb!”
It was a last minute booking from the airport at night, and they manage to put everything together, the room is super nice and clean, they offer free washing and drying machine, and the breakfast had a wide range of option. It's the best hotel in Chiang Rai!

The service was super nice. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. What I like the most are bedding and pillows. They really make it like you were sleeping at home!

the location is excellent .it is 5mins walk to night bazzar and clock tower.and also.there is a market which can get some cheap friut staff is nice they always will offer the smile.when u see them hotel.facility is new swimming pool is good and also there is a fitness center breakfast is good it can say too.much choice but.it should can be a nice begining of the day

Amazing ”
Cutest hotel ever with the kindest staff. Room was spacious and spotless, there was a balcony overlooking the pool and breakfast was good. Location very convenient and walking distance to night market and other shops. Every time I walked in or out of the lobby the entire staff greeted me and were quick to answer any questions, open a door or help me with my luggage. My favorite hotel during my 2 week trip in Thailand!

Stay there for 1 night, Location was Excellent, 5min walk to night market. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, BREAKFAST was Excellent. Overall very good.

Best hotel near the clock tower ”
We love our stay in this hotel, but too bad we only got 1 night available, because all the rooms in fully booked. Clean and modern style hotel. Spacious room with complete amenities. The location is great near from some sightseeing places such as clock tower and flower festival. The breakfast is really tasty and has so many choices. Highly recommended hotel in Chiang Rai.

Nice hotel and great facilities ”
We had a very pleasant 3-night stay at the Chala number 6. The staff is really doing a great job. At the SPA, we had the best relaxing massage, ever! A small improvement potential with the breakfast, at which we had the same dishes every day. Apart from that, really nothing to complain about. Khob khun krap.

This has been the best hotel we have every stayed at. The rooms were great and the staff WOW absolutely amazing. The facilities were just great, pool and fitness. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Ideal location 5 mins walk to Nigh Bazaar Will defo stay there again

this hotel is in an ideal location in town close to many attractions, shops and restaurants. the staff are so polite, breakfast is wonderful and the facilities are immaculate. the rain shower is a nice touch! the only con is that the wifi is fairly weak everywhere on the property but the lobby. overall highly recommend!

Amazing Staff”
Cons - There really isn't many, the rooms aren't as big as in the photos but still good size, a little overpriced. Pro's - REALLY GREAT STAFF everyone was amazing even the security guards were so friendly and helpful, very clean and modern and anything you asked for was delivered quickly to the room. The staff can all be very proud of themselves for there efforts. Great noodle place right next door if you miss breakfast and very cheap, easy walking distance to the city center and night bazaar market. Overall a fantastic hotel with even better staff just a little overpriced.
