Lenna - Relaxed and Charming Value”
We have stayed many times around Battery Point and always wanted to stay at the historical and beautiful Lenna. We loved it and are looking forward to staying again soon. Our 3 nights stay was more than we hoped for. Thanks to Justin and all the wonderful staff. Located in historical Battery Point, Lenna is just around the corner from Salamanca Place and an easy walk to Hampden Rd, the Hobart waterfront and CBD. The historical mansion is beautifully maintained with many areas open to guests, including the rooftop lookout. The staff were very efficient, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed meeting other guests in the warm and relaxed guests’ lounge bar. The bar is well-stocked, and the happy hours were a bonus. Our Mountain View room had a large scenic window, was better furnished than most, with king bed, sofa, table and chairs, and well-stocked bar fridge. On the Saturday, we woke to the picturesque sight of overnight snow on Mt Wellington. The bathroom was modern, had plenty of towels and personal care products. Everything was very clean and thorough housekeeping was done every day including weekends.

We stayed in the Tasman suite. Lovely views overlooking the harbour! Bed is huge but a tad soft for my liking. We didn’t try the restaurant as we were close to Salamanca so ate out . Room is very spacious and clean. Daily servicing. Coffee machine and bar fridge only. Great location. Short walk to Salamanca markets and waterfront.
Very Good Hotel at CBD of Hobart”
Very good location at walking distance to anywhere in CBD. Parking is also provided for client if stayed. Suitable for driver from airport to hotel, after checked in, you can leave the car in the hotel car park and free to relax city walk.
An old fashioned hotel but modern inside”
The old hotel was well maintained and looked elegant instead old. It should be renovated a bit before and the facilities inside were new equipped. The bed was comfort and clean.
