Firstly, I will begin by saying the staff we interacted with were absolutely lovely, polite and accommodating. They sorted us out with a taxi to the hospital without any issue, and booking in was no issue either The room we had however, was not what we'd expect given the price. Given the location, it's expected to be noisy due to traffic and local pubs which we expected but the window did not close properly, creating an awful draft and no sound barrier at all. I had booked 2 nights here as I've travelled very far for a surgery and was going to recoup before heading back home. Unfortunately I could not spend my 2nd night here and stayed in the hospital instead. I almost fell off of the toilet due to the seat being broken. Whilst the shower technically functions, it is leaking badly from the tap. The draft & added noise from the window was horrendous. I'm pretty sure the windows were single glazed and had absolutely no lining to block out the cold. It was -4 outside as we're currently in a cold winter. Adding to that there were no extra blankets or pillows. The bed I'd tried to sleep in was so worn that I felt as though I was sleeping on an incline, whereas the bed closer to the window was fine. Clearly others have felt this draft issue and opted not to sleep there. As for housekeeping, it's clear the cleaners do a quick sweep, change beds and leave. They did not give us fresh towels. There was dust everywhere and the tea/coffee caddy wasn't replenished nor was the bin emptied. Parking underneath the hotel is atrocious to get in and out of and costs £15 a day via a third-party website. Maybe this is the standard for London but personally I found this absurd. As I mentioned earlier, this booking was a place to recoup before a long journey across the country after a major surgery. I absolutely could not have stayed in this room without making myself sick from the cold or risking injury in the bathroom. No matter where you stay in London, £100 a night should

The room is clean but only 1 bin in the toilet. The windows are not full function it may be fall down when you try to open. I saw one of the windows are seal by yellow tape. It look too dangerous. And the bed the light is like not stable since the screws are missing and the parts it's been falling..... I Don't know why they design like this. As the room can fit for 3 peoples but they set in huge bathroom with bathtub I think they can redesign to put the toilet at the corner and the TV can be hanging at the wall to save more space. And I don't know why the sink are alway blockage I can't finish bush my teeth easy... one thing they did good is have a good enough coffee and tea for us.

The worst hotel we ever stayed at!!! First room we've got was dirty , old , in all room was working just one light over bed !!! Down the bed pieces of dust , cotton bud for ear ! Absolutely disgusting. Went to reception to tell them. And ai was hoping that next day someone will clean. We left early in the morning , came back at evening and room was the same !! So I went to reception again ,told to staff all about room and they've change us to another room. Not big difference, tv was not working , toilet seat broken, dirty ! We've stayed 5 nights and not once someone came and cleaned a room , changed towels or put more toilet paper! I had to go to reception and asking for this everytime! Very bad conditions and no service!

You would not let pigs stay at this place. Booked for 2 nights, left with in minuets. Completely disgusting never been cleaned this year, Dirty hand marks all over the walls, black mould on windows around the bath, toilet, sink and in the cupboards. Floors pealing away as well as holes in walls covered with tape. Bed pushed up against wall with filthy marks all over. This is not an exaggeration, we walked straight out again and booked a hotel next door where there was two other people checking in as they had done the same. This place needs to be closed down, No refunds available !!! Im sure this is the only way this place stays open, relying on people booking and walking back out keep there money. Pure scam.

The customer have some expectations from hotel whenever they go in to it and basic things should be there same as we expected. Lack of cleanliness( no cups were clean , toilet was not clean not even bathtub) ,Lack of facilities ( no hairdryer, no hand towels, just one socket to charge anything, hangers are broken), it's just not acceptable if you are paying to stay and don't get basic things right. As per location it is very good but when it comes to hotel..I am done with this hotel this is my first and last time coming to this hotel ever... I wish i could have ask for refund from them. It was terrible.
