Peaceful & Tranquil Resort”
We stayed in a Garden Hut for 4 nights. The huts have recently been renovated and further renovation works are ongoing (Mar19 - not really noticeable as the work is carried out behind a green panel fence). The hut was functional with large double bed (2 singles together) nice new bathroom, quiet AC unit. No fridge in room but reception will provide ice box free of charge, just need to pay extra for ice. The garden hut would really benefit from having a small clothes rail or a couple of shelves. WiFi is a bit hit & miss depending on where you are around the site. Free collection from Thongsala Pier. The Hotel is perfectly located at the northern end of the peaceful & tranquil Haad Yao (Long Bay). All amenities are a short walk away (7-Eleven etc..) although renting a scooter is the best way to see the best of what Koh Phangan has to offer.

Beautiful and cosy resort right on the beach. Best view of sunset! ”
We loved everything about that resort. The garden is well maintained, having a small swimming pool facing to the sea. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and had many options. The beach is super nice with a few affordable restaurants and bars too.

Best value for money resort, rooms are nice and clean, right on the beach. Would recommend owners to get baby chairs for breakfast time.

Great little piece of heaven, minus the construction ”
This resort on Haad Yao is exactly what I pictured Thailand to be like. Remote, beautiful, with friendly people and great food. There's still quite a bit of construction going on at the resort and nearby so try to get a Seafront or the VIP apartment, or at least one far from the noise.

nice place with big and clean room. amazing location on the beautiful haad yao beach, next to great restaurants. the hotel offers a kayak at 150 baht per hour- great price. the bathroom is not so nice- very old fashioned and has a bad smell.

Great location, best beach on Koh Phangan”
The resort is located on the best beach - long, sandy, good walks and swimming was absolutely fantastic. And no full-moon or any moon party here! The resort’s garden is very well maintaining ned and beautiful. However, there was problems with the pool. Subject to COVID the restaurant was closed, we received a limited breakfast though. The bungalow is spacious and airy, the floors and furniture hard wood, fridge & a/c in each bungalow (except perhaps the garden huts which locate in the back). Shower & wc need some redecoration. The owner miss Mew is very helpful and is doing her utmost to ensure that every customer enjoys the holiday at the resort.

Deep renovation required as soon as possible”
Well located, gentle and professional staff at reception, parking lot for free. Overall facilities need an urgent and in-depth renovation. Starting from villas, restaurant, path lighting, etc. Swimming pool facilities require new sun beds. In case of heavy rain some water gets into the room through windows and door. Breakfast can be improved, coffee machine should be changed asap. Some staff is extremely focused on the phone; but really too much at the restaurant, garden or wherever. Staff we found at reception was really helpful and professional. Unless serious renovation works are urgently carried out, I would suggest to book somewhere else.

Very tired resort. Very uncomfortable mattress’s which seems a problem for everyone we talked to at resort. The restaurant is not staffed nor looking to do daytime pool side business. The buffet was small and tired too. No cold juices. No brewed coffee at all, warm fruits, greasy food. There were bugs in our room constantly. None of that mattered as the bed was just horrible. We won’t be back. Owners are there daily, but only to eat. They don’t even talk to customers or ask about there stay.

Dont stay in the Garden room”
The resort itself is beautiful. The garden rooms need a MAJOR renovation. We found a massive cockroach in our room and we were right beide a construction zone. The hotel behind the garden rooms is massive and you can hear everything in your room. When we got there the pool was so green they had to shut it down and drain it all. We didnt eat at the resort. It's quite far from Thong Sala, but easy to get to bottle beach (taxi and Long tail boat) the beach is so beautiful for the sunset and it's quiet. If you book here- upgrade to an ocean view room.

It was the most charming and calm place in all Koh Phangan and Koh Samui I've stayed in. The room was simple but clean, bathroom is rather modern. The pool was amazing, but the beach was even more so. Such a beautiful beach, almost perfect. No trash, no jellyfish, no waves, no rocks, no crowds. Just white, soft sand and beautiful clear water, few people. Can't ask for more. Breakfast was also good, staff was nice and kind. Cannot recommend it enough!

Great value beach huts in the heart of Haad Yao”
Perfect stay, the standard hut was all we needed, such good value and even included breakfast which was served right on the beach with a gorgeous view. Friendly, attentive staff. Big pool, right on the beach. Just a few minutes walk from the 7Eleven. Only negative is some areas were under construction, but this didn’t take away from our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location ”
A beautiful setting right on the beach where there are food and drinks outlets nearby. Also on the main road. Basic and simple cottage but adequate. Very basic shower room. Lovely verandah overlooking the pool and beach with amazing sunsets! Don’t get excited about breakfast but it’s ok! So all in all we had a great stay of 6 nights and we’ll go back but if you are looking for luxury or 4* standards stay away and look for something else.

Long Bay Resort”
Loved this place. The bungalows are a little on the smaller size, but very adequate. Big efficient a/c's. Nice warm water showers. You don't have to request room service, they automatically cleaned and changed linens daily. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy and they were all delightful. Even though covid set them back quite a lot (restaurant and bar have been closed), they still served a nice bfst for free. Plenty of other restaurants and bars close by on the beach, so no problem there. Beautiful beach, beautiful swimming pool. Nice padded lounges. Nicely shaded areas as well. We thought it was the best bang for our buck so far. Would not hesitate to return. Staff member Mai was a gem. As we're they all, quite frankly. We are at a more expensive resort now as I'm writing this, and it doesn't begin to compare.

Beautiful stay”
Very friendly staff, and a special mention to Mai she always had the biggest smile and was super helpful and hard working. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was provided. Resort seemed like it needed some work as some buildings and pool bar was closed. There were groundsman working on getting it back up and running (I presume from the covid break).
