I would go back and stay here again. Its cozy and has an outdoor pool for lounging. Staff is also very accommodating.

Had a peaceful stay”
Pros: The room is clean, cozy and comfy. The place is good and advisable for those who wants a quiet stay since it’s a bit away from the town proper. The staff were nice and they also have free van transfer to the airport. Cons: The toilet flush in the comfort room doesn’t work properly. The hot shower isn’t working as well. The swimming pool is not so clean.

The staff are nice. Room is clean though CR is small. Like when you take a bath, the floor is easily flooded. They offer tour in El Nido, we booked tour A but when we’re in El Nido the agency only offer Tour C since there’s no slot available. He said there might be communication issue since he just received the booking the night before we arrived in El Nido.

The hotel was just less than 10mins to the busy city. We enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was clean and they served delicious breakfast buffet! The pool was enough to relax during daytime. The staff was very accomodating. Definitely worth the price or maybe more. Airport shuttle services was also great.

The place is beautiful and the same as seen in the pictures. The staff are very nice, welcoming, and attend to the guests' needs immediately and with utmost care. They are very helpful and have very charming aura. The rooms are nice and the pool area is relaxing. Although the cr in the rooms and the food in the resto is just so-so. But in totality, it is really a value for money hotel and you will feel very warm, cozy, safe, and homey. This is a 4.8 over 5 rating for me. 💖

Marianne Hotel is like a hidden gem that's near a beach in Puerto Princesa. It's not located on the main road but the hotel has a nice vibe to it. Secluded and surrounded by nature so you can have a peaceful stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is great, but the bathroom can be improved.

We had the most relaxing stay!”
We arrived earlier than expected yet, they immediately send someone to pick us up from the airport. They also allowed us to have an early check (4hrs early) in so we can rest. The food tastes really good and yet not so pricey.Their bfast buffet is fantastic (like all the food they prepare everyday is so tasty) The staff were all so friendly. On our first day, the TV in our room lost signal. The staff were all so accommodating, they immediately sent someone to fix it, and when it looked like it cannot be fixed, they replaced it with a new one. Even the shuttle service was so on time and manong driver was very polite. They clean the room everyday even without us asking for it.

Overall stay and the place and room is very nice. All I have to say is to provide a net on top of the swimming pool to avoid falling of leaves and other falling materials and keep the pool clean.

Know their story”
For a place that was closed for 2 years dUe to pandemic with only 8 people on their staff at the moment, and still able to care for all our needs to the best of their ability, this place is just awesome. Yes, some of the facilities are not maintained, like shower heads, door knobs, etc. But the staff is able to compensate it still with smiles, good breakfast, fast service, and so much more. Give the place some time to heal and it will be back to it’s glorious self in no time.

Pro's: Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good although mainly catering for Philippine client's. Swimming pool was nice but cold. We had a family room which was an OK size. The room was serviced to a high standard every day. Cons: We went on 2 organized tour's which were both late by nearly 2 hours. A waste of our vacation time. Most evenings the restaurant was holding outside functions so a lack of service and room. Overall a pleasant stay in a nice hotel.
