A warm welcoming hotel near museums”
Everything was as I expected it, an older building, probably a merchants home 200 years ago. They have a lift, which wasn’t working so be prepared just in case. The stairs are typical, narrow and spiral. Staff is excellent and helpful. Rooms are clean and small - cozy comes to Mind. double Bed was a dream. Pushed up against the wall. If you are looking for space you don’t get it here. If you want location location location, cleanliness, good people, and charm at a good price - Rush to book ! We (my girl friend and I who each had our own room - too cozy for us and our suitcases to share, but other younger people might be fine with that) we enjoyed each moment and will return.

The location is really great, walkable distance to every attraction. Staffs are nice, the room is clean overall. The room is tiny, you can't open a full size suitcase in the room. Toothbrush and slippers are not provided. There are NO AIR CONDITIONING. This feels like a premium hostel disguise as a hotel. For the price I pay (180 euro ish), I think it is better to find a hotel a bit far away from city center and travel by tram / metro. The price isn't justify.

The hotel locates in the quite part of PC Hoofstratt which is near where the luxury shops are. Trams are only 3 mins away and it is only 10 mins walking to leindsplein. Room was in a decent size. Breakfast was standard nothing to brag about. It was a steep stairs coming into the hotel lobby so if you bring big luggages/heavy ones, be ready to taking it by yourself cos they dont have bell boy to help you out with it. They only have 1 elevator which can take you from lobby level up to level 4. You have to go down thru steep stairs to get into breakfast but its a short walk. Would recommend this place to youngsters or young couple. It is not recommended for older couple / people with walking problem as too many stairs to go thru.

For the price the rooms are too small although quite clean. The pillows were large with little give and I did not sleep well as a result. The bedroom window was half broken and the hall carpets tired and dirty. The location, however, is very good in terms of neighborhood as well as walking distance to museums etc.
