Money went missing”
Came back to my room after my meetings to find my suitcase unzipped, open the safe the pin has been changed to an almost similar pin (when management use master password to open you can actually see the last keyed in pin). Checked my money and I was missing 250,000 rupiah. Told the management, they simply told me the staff did not do it. I ask a manager to contact me and I received an email from a gmail account saying the same thing, that the staff did not steal anything.

I booked 2 rooms, one for my parents and one for me & niece. But seems the rooms were different. There were some of my room's facilities not found in my parents' room. Kindly recheck for all rooms facilities. Overall, we had a good stay and lovely breakfast at Hardware Lane. The staff were quite good, but we didn't get any information about breakfast on 1st day.
