Still can’t believe I paid so little for such good quality in London”
Wasn’t expecting much for the price but totally blown away. I arrived 15mins before checkin and was told I could leave my suitcase in my room but it was still being cleaned. I didn’t mind and Mariana who was cleaning was so sweet! Instead of a twin I asked for the Beds to be pushed together. It turned it into the biggest bed I have ever seen! So comfortable. Looked better than the photos. Clean and the view was great. They had a ceiling fan which was a godsend and so much colder and quieter than AC at my previous hotel. Bathroom stylish with a big mirror. Big mirror in the bedroom for makeup. Tv smallish but good enough. The two gentlemen on reception on night and day shifts were both friendly and professional. They had a iron and board to borrow. You need a long charger wire to get your phone on the bed. The had kettle and coffee sachets etc. I think the blinds were blackout under the curtains. Pretty quiet. Supermarket restaurants and tube 30 seconds down the road. Sad I couldn’t stay the second night due to tube strike. 100% using again!

This was my 1st solo travel, 1st time in London & 1st time at Mayflower Hotel and it was great. I arrived at the hotel just before 9am - extremely early to check in. The staff was extremely helpful and managed to arrange a room for me. Location was great. Pretty much in a posh area of London. Felt very safe throughout my stay. Earl's Court station was just around the block - less than 5 mins walk. Room was great. Bathroom was clean - just the shower was a bit small. If you are claustrophobic or a big large (like me), you may have a tiny issue. But you can still fully enter the shower and move around to wash up. The furniture was mainly all wood - feels dated but still functions perfectly well. 1 small drawback was that the walls were pretty thin. I could hear my neighbours whenever they moved around their room or talked. But thankfully, I was barely in my room throughout my stay. Would def recommend & return again. Thank you Mayflower!

This hotel is located in Earl’s Court so it is perfect if you need a central location to explore the city. The rooms are clean (I would only suggest an occasional deep clean as there was a lot of dust under the bed). The bed is comfy, the furnishings are a little dated but it shouldn’t be a problem if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time there. Another thing to keep in mind, the building has thin walls so you might hear other people. The staff is incredibly nice and acommodating (I don’t remember their names but they all worked at the reception desk), you could really feel that they were there to help with anything. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, doesn’t really have a restaurant/bar or other facilities (like spa/gym).

Nice decor great location helpful staff Room cleaned only once in 9 days after I asked after 5 days went by also I had to bring rubbish down myself wasn’t happy about that especially we booked kitchen suite so we had food waste in our room only to have to take it out ourselves as no one came to clean or take out rubbish due to covid nonsense I think if you read this I say please make sure rubbish is changed on a daily basis no matter what is going on and beds should be changed at the max every 2/3 days doesn’t matter how long you stay or a sign should be put up do you want daily cleaning or not it should be a choice otherwise lovely place comfy bed and staff are great
