Wonderful Raft Rooms”
Located by a bend in the river, the Mek Kiri Resort is a wonderful place to spend a couple of nights to relax. I stayed in an air-con raft room which was clean and well maintained. It has a nice balcony out the front on which to sit and chill, or swing in the hammock. There is also a floating bar for a few drinks, or even a swim. Bonus points to the staff for hanging on to some of my property I left behind until I could come back and pick it up a few days later. Would happily stay here again.

The scenery is great unless your neighboring room is opening music with Bluetooth speaker. Other than this, waking up with cool air, quiet scenario and the sound of water is quite calming. If you are a person who wants modern facilities, don't choose this because facility is a bit old. Maybe because of covid-19 and crisis, the owner may not have a plan to upgrade the facilities. Food is just okay. Overall, not bad for the price of around 2000B per night.

Cockroaches in the room. Rude staff. Poor facilities. ”
Several large cockroaches in the bedroom, on the bed. Rude staff, don't speak English at all. We called reception to ask for help, and they hanged up on us twice once they heard we speak English. Old smelly room. No privacy. You can hear everything people say in the other room. No fridge at the room. Room not so clean.

Relax & feel full nature ”
It was so amazing despite the travel time from Bangkok to there . It’s worth to stay and we had amazing night at Mek Kiri I swim in the river and so much fun it’s like private resort not so crowded and so relax . U need to bring ur food and recommend u should have own transportation to go here & there .

even they know what is my booking room, they gave me wrong type rooms 2 times and finally got what i payed at 3rd time.

Staff lack of training, Hotel lack of maintenance”
Upon arrival reception try to persuade us to stay in lower category room we book but we insist to stay in the room we paid for and light bulb in the room is working only some area, no fridge staff told us if you need cold drink and can keep your drink at a raft bar or buy an ice for 40thb hotel will provide a cooler box, next day after we late return from all day out, room were not tidy at all staff only put a new towels and bottle of water on a chair in front of our room, next day morning we went to their restaurant for breakfast at 7.45am. staff still not yet ready for service he ask another lady staff who just show up to buy an eggs even if breakfast time is start from 7.30am. We waiting our breakfast till 8.15 am. But staff serve a food to another guest who came after us 15 mins and we can smell a breath alcohol from male staff we were really disappointed we book our 5 nights holiday with them but facility and service is really poor is not a good feeling before we return to oversea, we rang and inform agoda and asking for shorten our stay from 5 nights to 2 nights and ask for refund the rest 3 nigths cause booking condition is paid full amount with non refund, fortunately hotel allow us to early check out and refund the rest 3 nights, Thank for that

Clean and connect to river”
I stayed on long holiday for just a one night. It’s clean room and connect to river. You can jump to river from your room but the room has no TV and fridge. Breakfast is available 7-10 AM, I went there at 9AM and foods were running out. I only have 2 eggs with some sausages. Bad experience with breakfast, please solve this issue.

The rooms built with the same bamboo wall, you can always hear what's the next door said to each other in their rooms all the night long until they get sleep. Your hideaway vacation can be ruined by the group neighbor around you.

Chilling, nice place”
Good for chilling take your time to spend at the resort. But there is no TV, refrigerator in the raft and has some ants. If you won’t mind it’s still a good place to take your time at least once.

location and facilities is good but the problem is that they cannot speak English. it is very difficult to communicate with them. I have bad experience when I rent the car to the airport. since beginning I have been tried to explain to the hotel driver that we were going to Don maung air port. but he don't understand what I was saying and he just drive his way to bkk air port. Finally We have to take taxi from BKK to DMK. waste money and time. very disappointed .

Need to improve the hotel”
The room was just painted few days ago so the smell is really bad. The location is quite far from the town. The hotel needs to improve the facility in the room such as tables, chairs, closet etc.

Terrible and cheat your money ”
Extra beds cost you more expensive than the room price but got you a camping bed only. No mirror in the room, got fleet in bed, smell of painting still there make you dizzy. The worse is one man front staff,no service mind at all, convinced you to pay extra with nothing, when not pay he got face on you. Entrance road is so rough. Toilet dirty.

Raft hôtel correct pour une étape près de la rivière ”
Chambres très basiques mais propres. Terrasses sympathiques qui donnent sur la rivière mais généralement pas mal de bruit en soirée du fait des autres clients. Aucun moyen de communiquer avec le personnel qui ne parle que le Thaï
