I had a very pleasant stay at Melia Purosani Yogyakarta. The hotel has a great location, right in the city center and within walking distance to Malioboro, which made it very convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with well-maintained facilities. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area. The swimming pool and garden area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with good quality food, both local and international. Overall, Melia Purosani Yogyakarta is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

I traveled with my parents and my husband for holiday back home just before Ramadan starts. We booked 2 nights of our stay here at Melia Purosani and we had the best experience. Very strategic location, beautiful interior & exterior, wide range of facilities, super friendly & helpful staffs, and the room itself is just so comfortable and spacious. The breakfast also offers various selection and they're all very tasty. Since it was Valentine, they even gave us some chocolates during breakfast. That, and it was near my birthday so they also provided complimentary cake in my room during check in. Love how thoughtful they are! Will definitely come back here for another amazing stay, thank you!

We stayed at Melia Purosani Yogyakarta for four nights and booked a Family Connecting Room. The room was spacious and comfortable, which worked well for our family stay. However, the furnishings felt a bit old and could benefit from better maintenance or refurbishment to match the hotel’s reputation. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their service throughout our stay. That said, our first impression upon arrival could have been better. When we arrived and alighted from the car, the porter did not greet or welcome us and appeared very shy. A warmer greeting and more proactive assistance would greatly improve the guest arrival experience. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel can continue improving, especially in terms of room maintenance and front-of-house service.

It was a lovely 3 nights stay for our family. We booked 4 rooms for our big fams vacay. Everything seems fine for me, though I did hope there are kids club facilities. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast I think could have more varied selection, especially for stall food (it was always the same selection during our stay). Kids playgarden could have a little bit maintenance as it seems to be too rough for kids. However overall experience was lovely, and we definitely would love to comeback.

The hotel conveniently located as it is a walking distance to the traditional markets along the Malioboro Street. The staff in the hotel is polite, friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room is clean and spacious. A great place to stay when in Yogyakarta. Also, the travel agency in the hotel provides a list of activities to do with responsible, knowledgeable and experienced driver who speaks good English.

With rickshaws readily available right outside, exploring the city couldn't be easier. As one of Yogyakarta's heritage 5-star hotels, Melia Purosani excels in hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile, inquiring about my plans, and offering assistance. This truly enhanced my stay. However, the hotel's age shows in its design. The rooms, while clean, felt a bit outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. The bathtub also showed signs of wear, and the water occasionally had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast buffet offered tasty options, the spread felt somewhat limited for a 5-star establishment. I had expected a wider variety of choices. That being said, the in-house dining was excellent, and the convenience of ordering through GoFood was a plus. The pool area provided a welcome respite, and the lush green surroundings offered a tranquil escape despite the hotel's central location. Melia Purosani has a lot of potential. With some attention to updating its facilities and expanding its breakfast offerings, it could truly live up to its 5-star status. I hope to return in the future to experience a refreshed and revitalized Melia Purosani.

Lokasinya strategis banget, cuma jalan kaki 5 menit ke Malioboro, tapi begitu masuk hotel langsung terasa tenang dan mewah. Kamar The Level luas banget, bersih sekali, view ke taman tropis dan kolam renang bikin betah. Tempat tidurnya empuk, kamar mandi marmer dengan bathtub, semuanya terawat rapi setiap hari. Akses lounge The Level juga jadi nilai plus, bisa santai sambil minum kopi atau afternoon tea. Staff di sini ramah luar biasa, dari check-in, housekeeping, sampai resto semuanya welcoming dan helpful. Senyumnya bikin mood naik terus, apalagi yang di lounge The Level – pelayanannya personalized banget! Makanan enak-enak semua, terutama breakfast buffet-nya variatif (banyak pilihan Indonesia dan Western), fresh fruit-nya segar, dan dinner di restonya juga recommended. Melia Hotel is located near Malioboro. Besides the hotel, you can find a small mall with supermarket and food joints. It is away from the bustling noise if you are looking for a quiet hotel stay. The staffs are really professional and always smiling and greeting you whenever they see you. The hotel breakfast serve halal foods and there are plenty of good varieties to choose from. They are always ever ready to assist you in a swift manner. My stay there has been very pleasant, quiet and nice. I personally love staying at Melia and my son loves the big and spacious deluxe room that he can run around. The room is open concept which makes it aesthetic to me. I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone. I will choose Melia Hotel again should I visit Jogja. Thank you to all the staff that attended to me during my stay. Had a wonderful stay at Melia! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the room is very spacious. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The location is super convenient—only about a 5-minute walk to Malioboro. We also had a special moment during our stay as my son celebrated his birthday. We love stayed in Melia Hotel, Staff are very friendly. There was unpleasant experience with the bed arrangements but they followed up very quickly and solved the problem and gave us nice compensation thanks Melia. The Breakfast was ok eventhough we expected more variety like 5 stars Hotel but it was ok. They don’t have kids corner, I think it is just not their specialty ( Family Hotel) but pool has nice spot for children. Thank you Melia.

Breakfast buffet is consistent, but a bit too predictable I'm giving Breakfast Variety 4.0/5 stars. On the surface, their breakfast offerings seem exciting - However, upon closer inspection, it's the same old breakfast rotation every 3 days or so. Don't get me wrong, the food is tasty and well-prepared. But after 3 days, the excitement wears off, and it's Groundhog Day all over again. If Breakfast could be improved with some new recipes or seasonal specials, I'd be a happy camper. As it stands, it's a solid breakfast option, but lacking in creativity.
