I arrived late Monday night due to flight delays but the staff member on reception was an absolute gentleman, after a long day of travelling it’s welcome to myself and my son was so refreshing. He was also very helpful as we checked out very early on Thursday morning. He gave us advice on the best places to see in Dusseldorf and things to do in Koln when we were visiting there on Wednesday, he was also very helpful on places to gets stuff and where is good places to eat if we were out. The other staff were also very helpful during the day. The rooms were very clean and tidy on arrival and the housekeeping also done a great job of cleaning them during our stay. Would definitely go back to stay in this hotel again.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, ein sehr tolles Hotel in super Lage. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal ist Spitze, alle sind super nett, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere mein Dank geht an Kristia und Yousef. Ich wird das Hotel wieder buchen und empfehle es weiter.

This hotel chain didnt disappoint me at all. Kristy the receptionist who assisted my check-in was so polite and kind. She is helpful also. We had a quick chat and I learned that she is from Albania. That would be a great country to visit in the future. Hotel is near the main train station and is walking distance to most of the spots of Dusseldorf. I will definitely come back here and stay in this hotel. Thank u very much!

Stay was ok, the hotel is pretty old and needs a renovation, rooms look like an old 3* hotel
