المكان جدا جميل قريب من الغاليريا مول ومحطة القطارات المركزية قريب من الساعة شكل الفندق المميز التصميم كأنه معرض طابع مميز الغرف واسعة ممتاز حجمها رغم وصولنا قبل موعد الجيك ان إلا أنهم وبكل رحابه وفروا لنا غرفه الساعة 8 الصبح شكرا للموظفين الفندق رائع
Fantastic stay”
It was my first time to Krakow and this hotel was perfect. It's directly across from the train station but the neighborhood is great - it's not shady at all like in many cities. It was also literally a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Old Town. Plus, there was a very convenient tram stop in front of the hotel that takes you straight to the Jewish District and the Schindler Factory area. The staff were wonderful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal - a lot of variety and all really high-quality foods. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Great customer service”
We arrived before check in time. Front desk person made an extra effort to accommodate us which made our travel arrangement more comfortable. Waitress in the cafeteria was nice and cheerful. We had great time staying at Mercure.
Convenient but not noisy at all”
The hotel is located opposite of the shopping mall, can go through the mall from the train station which takes only 5 mins to the hotel. If you want to go to the old town, also takes around 15 mins. You can explore everything in this city only by walk if staying in this hotel. The hotel is also clean and new, there is no other reason not to choose when staying in Krakow.
Very convenient location with helpful staff”
It is just a few minutes walks away from Krakow Glowny station; there are also multiple tram stops nearby. There is also a ticket machine selling tickets to Wieliczka and the airport right outside the hotel. Old Town area is also very close so the hotel’s location is good for both transit and sightseeing. The buffet breakfast has enough varieties and is of good quality. Room is spacious enough for two luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful during check in and check out. One technical issue is my room card couldn’t be used for access to lift and hotel room on one day and it took me some time to fix it in a rushed morning. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.
