Great hospitality!”
Crystal is an excellent receptionist. She made us feel welcome and care for. We arrived after midnight, we were tired. Crystal made our check in fast. Our room was ready. Very clean, beds were very comfortable. Towels, shampoo and body soap available. The bus station is close by. We had the opportunity to visit the bar. Great service! Our shuttle to the airport was on time. Excellent hotel to stay.

The rooms was very small but set up nicely. Staff was incredible! Thank you for helping out the family that showed up at midnight and hungry! Location is very close to Orly airport, the breakfast was very tasty (Parisian and a bit of American continental). They also let you store your extra bags there prior to check-in.

We had a very bad experience with the driver of the shuttle”
We took the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel on Friday 20th around 8pm, the driver was rude and unrespectful, he start the bus when we put the first step, my wife felt down and broke her watch, he meant to see nothing, no excuse and was driving very fast, we tried to ask him to slow down, no result, arriving to the hotel he ran to réception to give them his version of story, we felt like we were in a nightmare..... it is not acceptable for this kind of hotel to get such kind of employees!
