Good choice, spacious and clean”
The room is spacious, clean and good breakfast. Walking distance to Ginza, surrounding is happening. Good choice of breakfast, given three restaurants option, international buffet, western buffet and Japanese bento. I love to stay at this hotel...

Overall our stay was pleasant. Would consider staying here again in the future. Positive: - staff were friendly and accommodating. they did their best to accommodate our requests - room was clean during our stay - there was a time when one of the elevator was always stopping at the 6th and 11th floor, but this was fixed the next day or two days after. so this was commendable. For improvements: - hope that the glass, plates, forks, spoons were washed each day. I didn't request, so that's probably why they didn't. I noticed that they didn't throw our leftover food on the table, maybe just some unspoken rule which also makes sense. When I left it beside the trash bin, they throw it. - maybe add info on the telephone to dial 9 to call the front desk.

Cozy & beautifully decorated hotel”
I usually do not comment "beautiful" on hotels but this hotel deserves. You may think the photos on websites are exaggerated or photoshopped. However, in reality, it was better. Really beautiful and I felt like, staying in a movie. Of course, the hotel is great, the facilities are fine, my room was ok in terms of size (for the price, I expected a slightly larger room but well coordinated, so I wouldn't complain), and the staff were kind regardless of a bit of hiccup. If you are traveling as a business person, sole traveler or a couple, this hotel is great. Extremely convenient as it is located in very central area accessible to many stations.

โรงแรมตกแต่งใหม่สวย ห้องไม่ใหญ่ตามสไตล์โรงแรมกลางโตเกียว ทำเลดี ใกล้ Ginza สถานีรถไฟ หน้าโรงแรมมีร้านอาหารดีๆเยอะ แนะนำค่ะ พนักงานมีความพยายามในการบริการดีมาก พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทุกคน

Not recommended for family with young children”
Pro - nice location. Only 5 mins walk to JR Shimbashi/ 10mins walk to Ginza - 2 convenient store in front of the hotel/ lots of restaurant nearby - staff at the reception (Japanese woman, not sure about her name maybe "Saya") is really nice. Con - Not much choices for breakfast. - Staffs in the restaurant, we had our breakfast there for 3-4 days but never get the same services. Some day they brought kid's plate for my son but the other day didnt. Never get a high chair for kid even the staff said they would bring it for us. Ended up eating in his stroller. - We stayed here for 6 nights but got the kid's amenities kit on our last night stay. Weird.
