Fantastic hidden gem”
Beautiful place, beautiful rooms, super close to the center. Owner is so nice and helpful. It has been over 3 years since I spend two nights here and still have the best memories of this place. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed ever. Go here if you want a little bit of luxury, a nice and beautiful room, enormous big bed and get some quiet time to recharge, relax and wander around Chaing Rai. Don't hesitate, just go here!

Fun hotel with very cute rooms. We extended our stay twice because we were so comfortable here. Nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean. It was in a good location and it was quiet. Make your own breakfast with food provided was excellent...and lots of coffee.

We loved the stylish rooms with all the lovely decorations. There was tea/coffee/snacks available for free all day long. The breakfast (eggs to cook, bread, jam and bananas) was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We had a great stay and would definitelly come back.

Great Stay, great a Location”
We stayed the second time at this place. It’s very colorfully decorated, it is very clean, rooms are spacious enough, nice beds although we missed bed side tables and a few more electrical outlets. The common kitchen where u make your own breakfast has eggs, toast, butter, jam tea and coffee available. walk to the central bus station, night market, or clock tower is under ten minutes, which makes it at great central but quiet location.

10mins walking distance to the bus station, lovely stay”
Though we need to walk about 10mins from the bus station to the hotel, but the overall stay is still pleasant. The room is spacious, clean and unique. Also comes with comfortable beds. Breakfast is not provided, but you can cook your own breakfast as they provides eggs, breads, coffee, tea, fruits (banana), cake at the common area. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chiang Rai!

Clean, quiet and convenient ”
Definitely will come stay here again or recommend to friends. Just 5 - 10 mins walk to the night bazaar. Cook yourself breakfast. Free eggs and bread. Worth every cent.

This place is a little gem. The lady on reception was so friendly and smiley. Our room was super clean and very spacious. Loved the decor, the pops of colour really make you smile. Nice location not too close to the hustle and bustle.

Nice place for young people”
Good location walkable from the bus station.Rooms are full of quirky ness.Unfortunately got a lot of noise on our last night from the next room.Everywhere was very clean and all the staff were lovely.One can help themselves to tea and coffee all day long and a do it yourself breakfast which was a nice touch.A good stay.

Very nice stay passing through Chiang Rai”
We arrived late but that was ok, warm welcome and happy to see the rooms were very clean and cozy! Breakfast you can make yourself, eggs to boil or bake and bread, jam and butter available ! Very nice place, to bad we just stayed 1 night! To recommend !

Great place for budget travelers ”
Now the fourth year in a row we stayed at this place. It is practically downtown but in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by greenery. It has two buildings, the older one is a tad funky but has a great kitchen and terrace. The larger newer building has it‘s own kitchen. Both are usually open for breakfast. You make your own, eggs, toast, butter jam, coffee and tea are provided. Now during COVID time the place is open but pretty quiet, naturally. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely equipped, beds are comfortable.

Nice stay”
Great place, clean spacious rooms, kitchen where you cook your own eggs (provided) is a great idea. Getting the electric stoves to work, however, is a communal effort, in the end someone figured them out. Location is great, 5 min. from central bus station, but totally quiet, lots of good eateries around. Staff very friendly, hard to excess with your own car though.

A simple fare. With free food on level 2 along with instant drinks. Location is central (heck everything is with a bike) with very clean bathroom. Individual rooms (i booked 2 rooms) decor differ from each other instead of a cookie cutter look. Large bean bag took up alot of space in the room but is a welcoming addition to the room since very few hotels feature this item.

Stay at human scale”
With only 12 rooms this is my type of place! You can cook your own meal and eat it on a nice balcony at the first floor. Rooms are simple but with nice design. Excellent showers.

Lovely and colourful stay at this guesthouse”
Lovely stay that makes you happy instantly! Host was better nice, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and colourful. The building is very homy and welcoming! Some minor remarks: when people leave in the middle of the night/early morning, it's very loud (no insulation). There is no fridge in the room, but one in the hallway you can use. TV worked perfectly but screen was broken in the right upper corner. At last, it's not super clean (hair on the floor, bathroom not super clean). Overall, a nice place to stay for a couple of nights, recommended!
