What a great hotel! In a very quite area but only a few minutes walk restaurants and the town center. This hotel was nearly perfect in every aspect. The environment and the pool were so nice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that could be improved was some of the environmental impacts of the hotel. A sign in the bathroom directs guests to hang up the towel if it does not need to be replaced for environmental protection. Yet, just like every hotel this is ignored and the towels are replaced regardless. In addition, many single use plastic items are provided unnecessarily such as plastic straws, plastic toothbrushes, combs, ect. It's 2019, there is no excuse for the continued use of single use plastic when biodegradable or reusable alternatives are readily available in Thailand for all of these items. Aside from this, can't wait to return to this hotel.

Nice place, still new. Rooms are big and bed is super. Location little bit out of the centre, but if you enjoy a good walk. The wifi in the room was very bad. Breakfast standard not in style with the Hotel

What's up with the rooms not having a window? Also staff, if the hotel is new and mostly empty, upgrade your customers. This is common practice for hotels. Especially when you have people visiting from far away. Other than that it was absolutely awesome. It's super quiet, charming and beautiful. I would go back given a window lol

Great place to stay in Chiang Rai”

We have visited here twice and are pleased every time. Regarding the location, it’s quite convenient for accessing most location in the downtown. The room is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We haven’t tried breakfast and hotel facilities, so I can’t rate them for now. We will surely visit this place again!

Best New Hotel in CR”

I've been in Thailand for years, traveling to CR often. This is the best new hotel, hands down. Bed and pillows were perfect. Staff excellent. Cleanliness fantastic. Good breakfast, quiet, modern, but traditional Thai style touches as well. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

My family of 4 stayed at the hotel during 14-16 Feb. Since I traveled with my 77 years old mom, I called the hotel requesting for a room with least walking distance and rooms close to each other. The hotel staff arranged our room perfectly on the 1st floor with easy access to the front desk. Once checked-in, I found the bathroom floor to be slippery for my mom, so I asked for extra anti-slippery floor mat to be placed on the floor. The staff brought in for us with big smiles on her face. That was so grateful in understanding and acknowledging guest' concerns. Our stay was made perfect by these small requests. The room is greatly decorated in a modern theme with big comfy bed. Location is great with short distance to the night bazaar and easy access to any where in Chiang Rai. Highly recommended for a small cozy hotel with attentive staff.. There is a pool curving around the building. Too bad, it was too cold to jump in..

Hidden gems in Chiang rai”

This hotel is 4 stars according to all facilities provided ;, pillow, bed, aircon system, hot water and amenities. You can t find any other hotel in Chiang rai better than this one comparing to the price. New, modern and pay attention to all details in room. Breakfast is the weakness, A la carte with good bread will be more interesting

Deluxe Double room with suite ”

We were given deluxe double room suite after returned again from Chiang Mai, the room was okay and spacious enough however just the water from shower wasn't consistently warm enough even you turned it to hot, the shower water drainage hole was blocked and flooded after each time bathing, you need to open the water drainage cover instead. The overall breakfast was good and staff was friendly, just the matter the suite has no enough window, just a small piece of glass that allows sunlight that is really weird while you're living inside. Other gym room and swimming pool facilities are great, closed to 7 Eleven and food stalls.

Boutique Hotel ”

We were staying for a night in this hotel before heading to Chiang Mai, the room was good however just the floor lamp wasn't working well that has electrically shocked my hand when I tried to turn it on, the breakfast was ok, just the matter that it was located behind the main hospital which you could hear ambulances passing around sometimes. The staff was friendly and polite, we have ample of parking lots for our rented car.

Comfortable, upscale hotel walkable”

We traveled with 4 adults and our 8 year old son. The rooms were very contemporary and had a couch that one person could sleep on. The restaurant was excellent and a bit fancy, with a free breakfast buffet with local and Western options. We could walk to the Chiang Rai market (great place!) easily as well as other places for food. Our elephant tour picked us up right from the hotel too. Last, our son loved the modern pool that goes around the compound, and we even had ice cream sundaes at their small swim up bar. Very happy all around.
