Amazing hotel!!”
We stayed here for two night and the accommodations were amazing. We had a second floor room which was nice. No elevator but staff brought up luggage. No views from the room but the room was updated, clean, nice decor and had all the essential. The staff was also amazing!! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chiang Rai. It is in a great location and close enough to walk to most places. The area was very safe and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to visit. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel and it’s staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Perfect hotel in Chiang Rai”
Wow! This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. It's small, cozy, perfect staff and comfortable room. It's located near to everything. Saturday market is just around the corner! Here you can find everything! Dayly breakfast has a lot of choices and you can get fresh egg dishes and cappuccino etc. The hotel is very lush with a lot of trees and flowers. The swimmingpool has crystal clear water and was never fully occupided. The hotel organize tours. We booked a full day privet tour, just perfect. We would love to come back here!

Classy Thai Style close to downtown”
This hotel was great! We loved the decor of the rooms with the hanging lamps and the Thai-inspired French doors to the bathroom. The garden was expertly pruned and the infinity pool looked amazing (though, we did not take advantage of it). In the lobby, they have a fridge full of drinking water so you can always refill your stock. The large staff is incredible and always looking for ways to assist guests. The free breakfast was quite extensive with a large Thai breakfast section and even quite a few Western breakfast items like cereal, toast and jam, and yogurt. The fresh coffee didn't taste like fresh coffee (I'm pretty sure it was instant just mixed in a coffee pot) but there was a coffee bar that made beautiful coffees fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice place to the center of town”
I read the review before making reservation since I am not a fan of how super-firm the beds can be in Thailand. The bed in my room was quite comfy. Some might think on the side of soft but it was in good condition, not sagging etc. The room was nicely laid out. Perhaps if staying for a week, may wish for more options with a higher priced room with balcony etc. I did not use the hotel grounds too much beyond breakfast since had matters to attend to and early departure back to Chiang Mai. breakfast was quite tasty and wished I had a bit more time. Overall, a nice stay and look forward to book here again!

Wonderful friendly hotel with great service”
Excellent location in walking distance of many sights and activities downtown. Very clean room and pool. Very helpful staff. I took the private car guide from the hotel to sights outside Chiang Rai and found it quite reasonable and worth while. Will come again.

Lovely hotel in a great location”
The hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the hotel it is just a short walk to pretty much anywhere in the town, including the night bizarre and the clock. The rooms were very comfortable and had all you need. A great choice.

Comfortable hotel in good location”
A return visit after I stayed here in 2019. Hotel is in a good location, a quiet road but only 5 minutes walk from the night market and 10 minutes from the centre of town. A lovely large room with all facilities. Hotel has a nice swimming pool to relax. Unfortunately the bar is closed due to Covid but hopefully will open again soon. In the meantime cold beers were available from reception. In the mornings a very good buffet breakfast.

Excellent Chiang Rai Hotel”
Great location. Hotel was very nice and had a great atmosphere. Employees were great from the front desk, to the kitchen staff, to housekeeping. Breakfast had lots of options and was part of my package. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Chiang Rai.

Everything was great, staff very friendly, breakfast delicious, free drinks in the room a nice surprise, free fresh fruit always available for free, nice pool, bed very comfortable, they helped us book a private tour and we loved our driver/guide Chiai. The only little thing that was not fully ok with us was the shower because there was not enough pressure in the shower and the water did not get warm enough. Inspite of that we would definitely recommended this hotel (position also was perfect to explore the city, plus they have free shuttle to the main sightseeing places in the city).

Superb staff and nice hotel ”
Pros Great location especially if you're in town on a Saturday night Very helpful staff, especially with trip ideas/ arranging tours but even just answering questions Good breakfast, food was constantly replenished and again staff were great Pool was nice Room was quiet, bed itself was very comfortable, not hard at all but... Cons Our only complaint was that the bed made a lot of noise, almost as if were sitting on plastic. There was no way you could get in or out of it without disturbing the other person. So if we had a quiet bed we would definitely return!

Perfect stay in Chiang Rai ”
Because of our wedding anniversary, we were upgraded to the Mora Hotel, just accross the street. It was brand new with excellent staff and service. The breakfast was amazing and our only complain was not being able to stay longer and enjoy the pool and tub.

Peaceful Stay with Friendly and Helpful Staff at a Great Location”
Our stay at the hotel was great, the staff is very helpful and provided us with a lot of inside that helped us during our business trip. The rooms were large, clean and comfy, the bathroom ceiling was a bit low so if you are tall, watch your arms when changing. Even though it's centrally located, this hotel still manages to keep just enough distance from the main street to give you a nice peaceful stay while still being accessible within a walking distance. The night market, the walking street, the bus terminal are all within walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast was decent offering a bunch of options. The hotel is equipped with a nice pool and a fitness center (which I did not visit). While the hotel does not look modern and chic, it still keeps its traditional charm (which was one of the reason I selected it) Will definitely stay with them again during my next visit.
