Photo different from realized for a view around resort 😂 But Room is okay. I reserved a triple bed for my family. Bed is very comfortable. Balcony is good and high roof. Staff is very polite and support with good service. I'm very appreciated with restaurant. Food is very delicious and value! Location isnt far from hot springs :)

Great value stay!”
Very good value the stay exactly where we wanted to be (car recommended). Nice river got to fish and staff was very friendly. Bit old rooms but we didn’t mind. Real coffee machine for breakfast! That’s nearly impossible to find for the price point!

Price is competitive and room is clean. However building and room is a bit old.

in 1 word: dirty”
The resort is far away from everything and not easy to find with Google Map and this is what we expected- What we did not expect was to find a very dirty room (we aske to change to clean 3 times and every time they gave us a different room instead). The pool is very nice but again dirty. The restaurant, on the other hand, has really good food and dinner is served until 10 pm (other restaurant in the area close at 8 or max 9)

Over rated resort stay”
Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rest are over rated. Facilities and surroundings are old and looks so run down! Panels on door are peeling off, even puddle of water formed right at door step after the rain. TV channel only have 1 Thai channel can be watch. There were spider webs underneath the table. Enough of the indoors which much more can be commented. Swimming pool.... the water is unsurprisingly dirty! Even Thai locals commented that! The pictures of the pool on the web site probably taken years ago!

Dead spider stuck on curtain. Bugs can get in the room through the hole under room door.

Stay somewhere else”
When we arrived the place looked more like a deserted military base than a resort and is situated next to a crop field. The resort is large, I estimate 100+ rooms, but it looks like no maintenance has been done for 20 years. Gardens are unkempt with grass not mown and weeds growing everywhere. There was rubbish and cigarette butts strewn around our ground floor balcony. The bed sheets etc were a horrible shade of yellowish instead of white and the room smelt very musty, the aircon was not able to be adjusted. The whole place was deserted, I think there was one other room occupied. Lots of stray dogs around too. Wifi was intermittent and slow. I think whoever built this resort was over ambitious and now they can't afford to maintain it due to low occupancy.

Normally shoked. We book this hotel because friend recommend. But...maybe if we book other type of room something will be better, but very not sure. We wants to stay in floating room, so review about this type: Dirty, old, not cozy. About staff: very bad, 6:00 morning labor come to repair electric and wake up us by loud, after we ask them quiet they still don't stop and continue work with drill. Also near entrance to raft has garbage, we was shoked, staff of hotel who bring us to the room was shocked too. But morning this still not clean enough. Swimming pool big and nice but in bar of the pool live frogs, bar out of service. In shoes write that they have hotspring pool, but when we ask they said it's only for big group 80 person up. So...we don't find anything interesting in this resort, better choose other. Have a lot nice place around

Naturally atmosphere, mountains view, lots of bird singing, large clean swimming pool and large clean room. Hot spring pools are under renovated. ATV is out of service.
