Best welcome and nicest staff!! Totally hospitable! Amazing clean beautiful pool, incredible views from our balcony. Far from the party so couldn’t hear the noise from any bars. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was very generous and good. Beautiful new rooms and bathrooms. Giant balcony too.

Good Stay”

Pros- location and room serves its purpose. Cons- cleaner was in and out of the room in 3 minutes. Although most reception staff were warm and welcoming one male receptionist on night shift was a bit rude especially when asking for the WiFi password.

Great quiet spot away from Chaos of Full Moon Party Great Pool”

We got a Ocean Front villa, which was relatively quiet considering we were there during the full moon party. Its only a short 10 minute walk to the chaos of Had Rin Beach. The Staff was friendly, and the room was new and clean. The Free breakfast included was average, but they did make a special request for me for some traditional Thai JoK(rice porridge with garlic) Its not the cheapest around, but if you want some peace and quiet its worth it.

Fantastic and Friendly”

This hotel is located 10 mins walk from the Haad Rin beach where the full moon parties are held, though we visited during a quiet period. There are several room types, including stand-alone bungalows, in a garden setting, all a good size, comfortable and with good facilities. The property is right on the beach and there are chairs there to watch the sunset. There is a huge pool (and a new block of units) across the road. The best thing about Neptunes is the super-friendly staff who just couldn't do enough to help. Really great value for money.

A very good place to stay.”

Very good plus. Almost faultless. Very happy to stay here again. Breakfast could be improved with muesli and real fruit juice. Rooms need hanging space plus a chair. Banana chairs need cushions on them.

Expensive for Thailand but clean and nice rooms”

We paid way too much for a hotel in Thailand if you ask me but the rooms at least were clean and of good quality. It has a nice pool and fast wifi. One lady at the desk was very helpful in tracking down my lost wallet from a taxi and you could tell she genuinely cared about us and our well being for the full moon party. She also had a personality which made it fun to interact with her. The hotel is close enough to the action but just far enough away to be quiet at night.

Friendly, casual service and reasonable room”

Check-in was prompt and friendly - the guys who operate the counter are nice. When I lay down, I noticed that you would occasionally encounter a single ant in the room; my understanding is that this is fairly common in bungalows on Koh Phagnan Laundry is very competitively priced, but you needed to drop it off and collect it at the reception. Did not eat breakfast because I always slept in, so disregard my rating regarding food.

Great location but charges for everything! ”

Rooms were a fair size, and great location. So value for the island but not value for Thailand. Most staff are friendly but they over charge for everything! They will also charge you if you get the towels dirty! They warn you about keeping the bed linen clean - which we did, especially of body paint. But take your own towel when you’ve washed and have any remaining sand, body paint etc. Because they will charge you 300 baht for towels! The swimming pool is small and crowded so maybe book somewhere else if that’s what you want. The rooms are across the road and not the same as shown in the pictures! All in all an okay stay!

Rather pricy but good location for Fullmoon party”

The place is big, expensive but very close to anything you might want to to in Haad Rin. The pool is great and staff pretty helpful and friendly. Also the beds aren't as hard as many others in Thailand!

Manager should be fired. He physically hit me. ”

The manager refused to give me my money back for the deposit for the key (1000 bhat) because I got stains on the towels from the beach. Said it was his policy ..your on a beach you towels will get stained. When we arrived our covers had blood stains and there was an army of aunts we didn’t say anything we just didn’t use it. It was also washable and he claims he can’t wash it which is why i got upset. I don’t mind paying if I damaged something but it was dirt from sand and my makeup. Anyways he said he’ll give me 500 back which is ridiculous because at this Point you know it’s a money scam. After icing my 500 he told me to fck off and yanked my arm so I pushed him off and he ended up pushing me to the floor in which my boyfriend ended up stepping in. Luckily i started recording him when I saw him starting to get angry, feel free to watch my review video on YouTube. Don’t book unless you support men that hit women!

Nicer than expected. ”

Stayed in a pool superior room and it was fantastic. Even extended my stay. Anyplace that takes the time to blast the AC ahead of check in so it’s nice a cool when you arrive is okay in my book. Would highly recommend. Only con, the shower is handheld with a hot water meter and could be upgraded, but overall not even remotely an issue.

Very good for price ”

Compared to other islands around thailand this hotel is amazing for the price where do i start. The staff were very nice and very very helpfull with anything we needed. The pool area was amazing , beautiful . Could do with more sun loungers. Restraunt was pretty poor for dinner and for breakfast. They have no clue how to cook western food properly. The room was very very big with pool view. It was nice and clean. The location was good also close to shops 24hour food joints. Bugs were an issue but not due to the hotel, there was just a lot of mozzys in this area and as soon as you open your door they try to come in so it can be a tad annoying

I stay at the hotel around 3 nights ( fullmoon party @Nov 2016 ) With dorm type 10 beds is clean and new I really love this hotel coz all staff so cute they helpful/kindly/friendly Make me feel like I'm talking with close friend and Hotel so close fullmoon party you can walk to the party by yourself (No need taxi) and they have Neon color before party for paint your body and face (No need to pay ) Thank you for your help I never review hotel ever stay this's first of me coz I need to shared good thing ever i been there #my english was bad #hope you understand me #พักที่นี่ดีต่อใจ

Great Stay! Extended my time here! ”

I stayed in a 10 person dorm. The room is very clean, spacious and has your own person locker for your backpack and a personal safe. The location is perfect! The breakfast is very good and staff are lovely always happy to help.

Good stay”

The location is very convenient with regards the full moon party . The beachfront room is specious and the view is amazing , very large balcony . There are no toiletries in the bath and the ac is kinda dated and noisy , pillows and cover in the bed are not comfortable . All over it was a good stay and experience .

Excellent hotel ”

This hotel was excellent. I stayed in a simple bungalow with garden view and there was complimentary water every day as well as tea and coffee. The room was nice and clean with a tv and air conditioner. The pool was amazing ! It was huge ! The only thing is we were only allowed to use it between 9am and 7pm which is not great. I would like it if it was open until later, around 10pm. The breakfast was expensive for what it was so I did not eat there. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again.

Good for Koh phangan ”

Place was nice, room was clean, we stayed on the fifth floor however there were no lifts which pretty well sucked in the heat, the facilities are quite old in this place like the aircon wasn't the greatest but worked well enough and the fridge would freeze our things, but overall it was okay, nothing uncomfortable, the place is located about a 10 minute walk to the full moon party and 5 mins from one of the piers where the boat stops at for Koh Samui , one problem in Koh phangan is the taxis at night will drop u at the bottom of haad rin, so we had to walk up a few decent hills with our suitcases and then climb the five stair cases as well, this happened after the jungle party as well, which is not the hotels fault but good to know before you get there, this will be the case at all hotels I would guess , maybe Google map the place before u leave, the taxis drop u off in front of a police station in haad rin, it took us a few locals before one could give us the right directions All in all a decent place to stay in Koh phangan, I would stay there again

Perfect! Very very clean, long nice pool!”

We had a perfect 3 weeks stay at Neptune. Everything was great, we really enjoyed it. So relaxing, good location, it was really fine. Beautiful sunset! Breakfast is a bit borring. 3-4 things to choose from, Its ok. The pool is really nice, but the music they play are not my taste. Loud dance/techno. But you are wellcome to put on your own music!

Clean & comfortable room”

We spent 4 nights 5 days at the hotel. The room we had booked is good, clean and well quiet. I was quite impressive that only some steps away from our room is a beach where we can rest and get some nice fresh air. But what you need is the mosquito-repellent. The hotel is located in a good location where is not far from the full moon party area or even local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, tour counters and diving shops around there. The swimming pool is great. Only one thing to advise is please provide some cloth hangers in the room. The room price is reasonable. Totally we were happy and satisfied during our stay at Neptune's Villa Hotel.

Good overall”

They upgraded me from a dorm to a bungalow for free since it was low season and they had a lot of vacancies. However, the sheets had several stains on them and the room was filled with Mosquitos, though they didn't provide a mosquito net. The staff was awesome and really helpful and overall had a good stay here
