LOVE this place!”
This is my fave part of the island and would return to Nice Sea Resort every time. They still have the old style basic bungalows which is perfect for us! Fan, hammock, basic and cheap.....exactly what we're after. The beach is beautiful and good for swimming, the beach side restaurant does good food, never got a massage but it's available there, everything was clean and the overall vibe was happy and chilled. The location is where we like with plenty of places to eat and 7/11 within walking distance. The staff are also excellent! We had a slight issue with the safe where they ended up having to break it open (the safe key got locked inside!?). We presumed they would charge something but didn't. That was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately, we're returning to the island next month but they're fully booked :( Next time!

Best resort in Koh Phangan!”
I absolutely love this resort! The room is very spacious, so clean! The beach is just incredible, probably one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen, and it's right there at your door... The staff and owners are also beautiful people with a lovely energy. The restaurants around are in a short walking distance, and are my favorite restaurants on the island, so it's just heaven on earth. Thank you Nice sea resort for this beautiful stay 🙏💛

Had a great stay here. The staff is honestly so nice - Nook the manager helped me with everything and was so friendly and kind— even though the resort was fully booked she always found time for me. Great location with cute beach. Massages on the beach. Next to a lot of great restaurants and stores. The guests were mostly of families so very quiet at night. Overall great stay. Will be back!

Cosy place on the beach”
This resort has different price categories. I stayed in the simplest hut with high beds, no wardrobe/ very little space to store luggage etc, a balcony with table and hammock straight on the sand but in the shade, really nice. Even the simple huts have both A/C and fan + moskito nets on the windows, so you can do both, leave the windows open at night or A/C. A big plus! If you require fancier versions, the resort offers them too. Breakfast in the restaurant for sunrise - what more do you want.

Bit of a mixed feeling regarding this place. The pros are that the location is very nice, you walk out of your room and you are on the beach, just a few meters from the ocean. The staff working here are all very friendly, hardworking and keep the place tidy. Cons are that I found the rooms to be a bit dated and overpriced though. For paying resort prices, I expected a bit more, but there are no facilities apart from a restaurant and the bathrooms are dated and could use a renovation. The newest rooms are fine but these are even more expensive and not completely worth the, in my mind, steep prices. Lastly, you have to pay one night in advance via paypal, which was a bit annoying since this has to be done within 2 days or else your booking would be cancelled. I can understand it from the point of view from the hotel, but this does not line up with the Agoda option that you can still cancel later after booking. I enjoyed the beach and staff, but a few improvements could be made.

This place was really nice and comfortable, got my own bungalow beachfront at a great price. P. Nook managing the property was really nice and friendly, one of the friends I made while on the island. I will definitely come back

Awful Service, Not Worth It”
I've stayed at this resort before. Both times, the staff have been lazy, avoidant and irresponsible. This time, I rented a scooter from them. As always, they take my passport. I returned the scooter that night to the staff & informed them that we were checking out early the next day. We checked out early the next day and told them we were checking out. They did not return my passport and as my friend and I were enroute to go diving, we took all our stuff to leave and be at the pier for the late afternoon boat back to Samui. Upon realizing I did not have my passport on me, I called the resort who spent a lot of time pushing the blame to me and making me aware it was my fault when all I wanted was for them to organize a speedboat to send my passport to me (early a.m. flight to Bangkok the next day) and I was willing to pay. The staff were rude, and kept avoiding responsibility, put down the phone on me while I was in mid-sentence, and insisted I owed them something. They did nothing to rectify the issue even though they knew they had my passport. They failed to call me even though I had checked out and even then, I did not focus on the fault and just wanted a solution. The staff were terrible. The room was unimpressive for the price paid. They are honestly charging a lot simply for the location. Not worth it. Stay elsewhere. And if anything, expect terrible service and rude staff.

I love that the very nice/comfortable bungalows are right on the beach and the owner seems very friendly. There was an issue with my booking so he gave me a free upgrade after apologizing several times for the confusion, which I obviously didn't mind. The food at their restaurant is also very good. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Koh Phangan!

Perfect location, but low level bungalows”
The location is really nice, the stuff is very kind. The whole area is cleaned every day. Unfortunetly our bungalow (standard) was very old and not worth the money. We only had 7 TV programms (One in english), the furnitures were old and damaged. The whole bungalow was painted in pink, what was awful and the blanket. The hammock was a dream and the whole location is like in paradies, white sand, wonderful sunset and everything was close by. The bungalow should be renovated and new furniture is needed for the paid price. But the rest was very good.

I booked wooden bungalow for 600-700 baht and I really love it.It is not luxury but great for the price( three people can stay in the room, imagine that!) The toilet is nice and clean. There is a hammock and balcony, as in the picture, of each bunglow. You can also have a massage or chillax on the private beach.

Nice by name...and by nature”
We had a pre-arrange pick up from the pier which made everything very easy. We originally booked a fan wooden bungalow but once we saw the other accommodation on offer we wanted to upgrade. Mr Nice was very friendly and helpful. Lovely chilled out beach to relax on during the day. The is a small town with a choice of places to eat dinner in the evening with a convenient 7-11 within walking distance.
