Awesome budget location”
If you're looking for a high-end place, this isn't that. But the location on the river is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the people are friendly. The wi-fi worked great. Two things to know: 1. No power outlets in the room. There are outlets in the common area, so either be prepared to leave your electronics there to charge, or bring a battery to charge there so you can bring it back to your room. 2. The rooms are mosquito-proof, but the common area is open, and there are some mosquitos, so bring repellent with you if you plan to hang out. The view of the river was so beautiful! And the night market was a short walk away.

welcoming, beautiful people and coexistence with nature”
best vibe for relaxing, quiet and peaceful, away from hectic tourist trap feeling and not at all for the 4star resortgoer type, so our fellow guests were pleasant to be around. our 8 year old loved feeding the fish by the lobby area. feel very at home here!

Terrific stay ”
A most unique and enjoyable place to stay. The staff were tops. The owners cooking was great, especially his Thai soup and iced Thai coffee. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for an unusual experience. An Elderly Backpacker

Peaceful and Quiet”
Very good location on the lake. Waking up on the water is a great way to start the day. If you enjoy quiet places you will want to spend all your time at the guest house.. Highly recommended

Beautiful location on the water”
My boyfriend and me spent 3 nights at this place and had a great time. Friendly and helpful host (and very delicious food), cute animals and nice area with a familiar atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Not sure why this is a one-star guesthouse. Its clean, the staff are great and speak very good English, the chill out space is lovely. It should be 3-stars yet it is most definitely 5 stars for value. A double room is just £4 - you won’t find a price like this along the river elsewhere. Simple and sweet. Great stay thank you. 30 minute walk to the main tourist street or you can just rent a bike/motorbike. Still lots of choice of restaurants and street food within a 5 mịn walk from the guesthouse if you don’t want to make the journey. All I will stay is the beds are a little hard, but they are all over Asia.

Great Stay”
I've stayed here twice in the past few years and it's a great place with friendly owners, lots of nice pets (although they will bark at you when you first arrive, they're completely harmless). It's on a raft, so you'll notice that at times, but it's on a great spot on the river.

Beautiful views on a budget”
A little far from the center if you're on foot, but there's no lack of transportation options in Kanchaburi. It's definitely worth staying here if you want to stay away from the center for a good, peaceful rest but still stay on a raft. The facilities are basic but everything is clean and nice. If you're low maintenance and on a budget but still want a place where you can swim in the river and wake up to a beautiful view, this is the place.

استثنائيّ”
Loved this place! Really great chilled out and homely atmosphere With great views along the river. Slightly tricky to find as it’s set back from the road but asked someone on the street and they pointed it out to us. Would recommend for backpackers or anyone on a budget

Nice cheap stay to wake up looking at the river”
Very cheap stay. You wake up looking at beautiful river. Charging phones is possible only outside but it wasn't problem for us. The toilet was a bit dirty and there I found a running cockroach. The restaurant serves really nice food, more expensive than in city centre bit still affordable. The owner is very friendly and speaks English very well. Three lovely dogs and a cat. For that price it was amazing idea to stay here.

Superior river view in superior room”
Small room with a great surround view and AC. Nice 2 nights stay with very friendly staff and warm welcome.

Unique stay in Kanchanaburi”
Together with a friend we had an amazing stay in this guesthouse. Normally we had booked for only one night (budget room), but as soon as we arrived we knew we wanted to stay longer! The views are stunning, the location is perfect and the vibe is peaceful. The shared showers and toilets are okay, it was actually quite some experiencing (you should see it for yourself!).

Good value for money”
It's a bit noisy at night, if people walk past your room. The owner has some lovely puppies and a lot of seating on the raft house. Not good if you suffer from motion sickness.

Cheap but not nasty”
They have a great menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. Cooked to perfection. A lovely relaxing and dining area.

Nice room with a great view”
It's a raft house located in the city, very convenient to travel around. Balcony with mountain view is a plus which made our stay a pleasant one. However we found it was difficult to relax during the day due to air-con doesn't seem to work under the hot roof. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I stayed in the aircon room with a river view. The scenery is stunning when compared to the cost of a room. Nita Raft House is very close to the city and bus station (only 10 minutes walk). It might be a little far from other tourist attraction but if you want to chill out with an inexpensive price. You will love this place

Nice stay ”
Lovely place very unique. Great price. Is slightly far from town but we hired a bike so was okay. No plug sockets in room would have been a problem but we had a power bank and knew about it in advance. Would recommend for price and piece and quiet.
