We spent 4 nights in July (a couple + a 3-years old) in a 25m2 room. Overall we found the room clean and in good size and layout. The small minibar fridge was useful for us. Maintenance and cleanliness - Besides a few issues (slightly broken shower head, non-operating Venta in the bathroom, the phone was sticky and filthy, disguising to touch) the room was in good shape. AC was working well. The staff - were all very friendly. We got a small toy for our kid, which was a sweet welcome. When we had some questions we often got some different/wrong answer from the staff (although they were nice and trying to help). Availability - we contacted the hotel with a few questions prior to arrival via e-mail (as explained in Agoda). Until this day we got no response. Parking - the parking arrangement was not clear and we got many mixed and misleading explanations from each staff member. Parking was quite frustrating. There is no elevator that goes directly from the parking lot to the hotel. You have to take a 1-2 minute walk from the street, and have to unavoidably pass a group of smokers at the entrance of the hotel. As non-smokers (with a small child!) we suffered from this passive smoking every time. The lobby - would have loved some more quite/not at the entrance places to sit. 3-4 crowded sitting groups between the elevators, reception and bar felt very exposed and not pleasant to be in. Lastly, some of the Facilities declared in Agoda were not provided and we feel this needs to be corrected and stated accurately. Some examples: -"Family room" - does not exist in this hotel (according to the staff). -Same goes for "Game room". -NO slippers were provided -NO water bottles provided -Sauna requires an extra payment. -It would be nice if the page would state exactly the fee of the parking (which is more clearly stated in other websites). Overall, when including the parking fee and city taxes, we think for this price there could be other alternative found that might be worth exploring. It wasn't disastrous, just a feeling of not much value for money.

Unexpected ”
Pretty convenient location for the reason I went to The Hague, however, too many issues for an Accor hotel. My towels weren't changed after cleaning, even the bed was only superficially set while the sheets underneath were just as I left them. There was an offer for ordering food on their desk line 99, to which no-one answered even after 50 minutes of ringing. All in all, pretty lousy experience for a brand hotel.
