Excellent hotel for short trip ”
Great hotel with nice restaurant downstairs. We traveled for dance competition and hotel was close to the venue . Room was nice and clean. Big credit to chiefs in the restaurant who accepted our order close by 9pm and feed big group of kids and their tired parents . Food was delicious:)

Spotlessly clean and super comfy bed”
My second stay at Novotel Preston. Original room I was given had a massive pillar in the middle of the room meaning you had to turn sideways to get from one side of the room to the other! I asked if I could change rooms and was upgraded to a deluxe room which was fabulous. Really spacious, beautiful linen and super comfy bed. Thank you

Overall very good customer service from all at Reception. Room very clean but nothing on offer in terms of bar fridge, snacks etc . Had the red snapper at the restaurant - excellent, as was the service. A long way from the cbd (close to an hour via tram, though a 3 min walk from tram stop), but more convenient for getting to an event at La Ttobe Uni.

Friendly staff and fast check in straight to your room . Rooms clean and big comfortable bed waiting for you ! Bathroom is also equipped with double shower heads with good pressure for when you want to get yourself fresh and smelling and feeling at your best ...

Lovely room. A short 5minute walk to the tram line which takes you down the famous High st, Northcote and onto the city centre. Great location if you don't want to be in the city centre , with so many dinning options in Preston too.
