Comfortable and Great Value”
Was a bit worried after reading some reviews but the price was good so took a chance and glad I did. The reception area was old, tatty and a bit of a mess but the hotel is obviously undergoing renovations which is evident as you make your way up the stairs so don't let it put you off. Guy at reception was friendly and helpful. My room was on the third floor. There's no lift but not too many stairs. The room was lovely. New laminate floor. Larger than normal single bed (may have been a double). Clean, well decorated. Bathroom modern and clean. Great shower with rainfall head and hose attachment. Only downside was noise from road outside and the room was incredibly warm although I couldn't work out why as the radiator wasn't on and the air con doesn't seem to be working. Definitely go back as value for money was great.

I stayed here unfortunately it was being renovated so in parts it was very shabby , I booked a twin room and on arrival got a double which wasn’t really appropriate as I was sharing with my teenage son , was told it was booking . Com at fault , I was willing to stay in the room because it was very clean but the alarm on the door would not switch off so they offered me another room which I refused as it was shabby and old fashioned so once again he found me another room which was more appropriate and had a single and a double bed which I was very happy about .There was NO carpark as advertised which I probably wouldn’t have booked here if I had known beforehand, No ironing or hairdryer which were also advertised but as I was only staying one night I managed to cope

Nice staff who try to accommodate you. Location is close to earls court station so very convenient. It was a good price for such a central area

Value for money”
Strategic location near tube n restaurant. When we arrived, the hotel was under refurbishing so the a/c cannot be used n internet was down for a day. Otherwise it is a good hotel to stay.
