This hole is nice but little worn for this brand.

We booked this since we saw Omni in houston. And we think this is 4star hotel, the it should be better than the other ones. But actually is not. We asked for bottle water since there was none in the room waited 2hours and called twice, they didn’t deliver. The sign on first floor showing Poo instead of poo. The room is that clean as we expected. Very disappointed. Maybe this is how they run hotel bunsiness in America?

They were great in helping us. My dress broke and they offered me a sewing kit with kindness ”
My son become sick at 3am and they were very accommodating to help us. I will definitely stay again!

the room was perfect in every way , view, roomy, quiet. nicest people throughout the entire hotel, beautifully decorated. the only disappointment was never was told there would be a parking charge daily of $15 that was a surprise I thought the hotel fees included any extra charge of that kind considering our room rate was pricey anyway. we should have been given a map of the are upon arrival didn't know about that until day 2. that helped us get around in the city
