فندق هادئ وجميل والاسره مريحه وكذلك الموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين، يوجد لديهم غرف اطلاله على المسبح وهذه كبيره نوعاً ما وغرف لا تكون اطلالتها ع المسبح وهيه صغيره المساحه، الفطور اصناف قليلة جداً، يمكن الحجز من عندهم للبرامج السياحيه باسعار مقبوله، يوجد خارج الفندق محلات ايسكريم و مساج وكاريوكي وبار ،، بعيد قليلاً عن قلب بالاوان حيث تحتاج ان تركب التوكتك

بعيد عن وسط المدينة دورات المياه ضيقة جدا ، فطوروا دون المستوى فقط تختار نوع واحد ومشروب واحد ، لا يوجد بوفيه افطار .. افضل مافيه الموظفين ممتازين حقيقة ومتعاونين .

Great place to stay”
Nice place to stay in Puerto Princesa. Provides airport transfers and a few minutes jus away from the airport. Great value for money. Restaurant has a nice menu and serves delicious food. My room is always clean with a comfy queen size bed. The pool area is also a nice place to hangout. My niece and I enjoyed our stay here when she came to visit me before I left.

Beautiful place”
Closer to the airport about 5 minutes. Bar, videoke and massage place is next door to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed breakfast food was delicious.

Will definitely stay at One Manalo Place again the next time we visit Puerto Princesa. The staff are courteous and polite! The lady from the reception area (too bad I forgot her name) is so friendly and helpful! My son had fun in the pool. (-) Breakfast selection could have been better. Water from the shower is unsteady. Other than these, we had an excellent stay!

Good Value”
We stayed here for several nights and found it to be a great location. Walking distance to a number of great restaurants. The gym is good if you are in need of a workout. Pool was clean and tidy. It could use a little maintenance like replacing a few tiles and actually grouting them so the problem doesn't happen again. Included breakfast was decent and not a bad way to start the day. All in all it was a comfortable stay and we would stay again.

Good value, only when staff is not at a Christmas party. ”
When arrived we had a warm welcome. It's a well preserved resort with nice facilities like a swimming pool and a gym. We dicided to accept a discount offer online, but it was not right that without any notice beforehand we were not told that their staff had a Christmas party and only a few of them had to keep the resort up and running. Resulting that from 11am till 7pm we were not able to order any food or drinks. And with any, we literally mean nothing. Not even a soda. They told us to go outside to go to a local restaurant around the corner, although this is not what you expect of a resort from this size. We kinda felt left alone and felt that we paid too much for our stay. Easy money for One Manalo. The staff was very kind and the room was super clean and spacious. Also pool towels and water was provided without charge when asked. Breakfast was okey, we had an early breakfast and saw when checking out that there were more options than only the buffet like pancakes. Too bad!

Our first room was at room112 and the AC has problem so they transfer us at room 113. Both rooms were Deluxe w/ Lanai but room112 has no fridge & toiletries while room113 has fridge & toiletries. Staffs were nice. Extension of 6hrs from the time of supposedly checkout time is the half amount of your room but they let us checked out at 8PM as consideration with their AC problem we experienced. Breakfast is buffet. I loved their Chicken Curry!

First, they let me check-in to my room very early like 9am! They ran out of cars to rent so they looked for one for me with a very good deal (24 hr drive your own car for 1,500php, of course gas is yours). Food was meh. Gym was okay. But the best part was when after dropping me for my flight with their very friendly transfer service, I learned that my flight was delayed for 4 hours! I called and asked if they're dropping anyone and if I can get picked up and hang at the hotel first, they sure did! They didn't even drop anyone. They just picked me up for free. So I worked first at the lobby while enjoying my cold beer. After a few hours, they dropped me again, for free! Simple stuff but they took the delay hassle away from me! Thanks One Manalo!

Good stay overall, nice quiet location from the busy street . It’s walking distance to a good restaurant. I didn’t like the power outage few times at the hotel but nice contemporary looking hotel with good amenities and breakfast buffet

The pool, the lanai, spacious rooms, nice smoking areas are a plus ....staff are amazing! Breakfast wasnt so good..except for when they served danggit. Unfortunately, I got room 104, which had a very noisy and old Aircon(asked them to fix it but the engine was still so loud! I had to turn it off when I needed to sleep), moldy/bathroom smell (I put dryer sheets in the AC and sprayed some room spray)....I was always woken up every morning at around 5am, for 2 days by loud voices in the hallway! Acoustics are pretty bad, you could hear the conversation outside your door. There is little or no WiFi or Data signal in the rooms, so we had to work in the cafe or by the pool for most of the day.

Location good. Cleanliness good. Room spacious. Toilets clean and basic amenities all provided. Even provide 2 drinking water everyday. Breakfast was good as well. One downside is the laundry which is pretty expensive considering they charge by each piece of clothes washed. Hotel even provided free comfortable shuttle to the airport which is definitely a plus point. Will come back again definitely.
