Best location if you are going to fullmoon party. It’s a rundown bungalow, with a basic pool, and have ocean view. Nothing fancy. Though food is really good and cheap and the restaurant has nice view. Staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Quite noisy at nights as Drop in bar, the most popular bar in the island is right next door. Adjust your expectations and enjoy your stay :)

My friends and I expected to join the Half Moon Party on Jan 5th that's why we chose to stay here as it's just next to Rin Beach. The location is pretty cool. There're some restaurants and bars near by. The place itself is okay. The bathroom smells awful (to me) but the room is nice and clean. The water is super hot and cause us difficulty to take shower. Reception counter closed at 10pm.

We came back to Paradise Bungalows after our Trip to Ko Tao. Absolutely worth!! Nice Staff, Great Rooms, good Food, Poolarea nice and its close to the Beach!! At the Poolside Rooms it is a little bit noisy, but if you are part of the party it doesnt matter at all!! At full moon party this hotel rocks!!

The ideal hotel to absorb the Full Moon Party”

We visited Koh Phangan to experience the Full moon beach parties. The hotel was very close to the action. Just a short walk to the Full Moon party location. Surrounded by Food options and easy bike rental shops it was all that we needed. We would definitely stay again if we visit again.

Give it a chance”

Arrived and we were given a room with a lock that didn’t work and the door was broken so couldn’t actually shut it. However, staff were very accommodating and eventually moved us to a hotel room over looking the pool. Food is good and cheap as the places on the beach can be quiet pricey! Pool is very nice but general facilities could do with updating (sun beds, hotel rooms etc.) Not much going on in general on the island apart from the full moon day. But the hotel rent out mopeds so easy to see the island on your own! The staff make this hotel better, very helpful and even gave us a free transfer to the ferry port!

Good location, not clean”

The location is perfect for party. The bungalows are not very clean, towels looks dirty. Is a good option for the price we paid.

Staff was friendly all the time. Arranged us also very quickly and nicely a bigger and more suitable room for us. Room was very clean, big palcony to the pool, large Vesa and olento of space. Food in here was good but not the cheapest (not the most expensive either). Cleaning when you wanted to. Quiet and calm place to stay (even dooring Half moon). Pool was great and we used it a lot. Also two areas with shallow water. The beach is a huge dissappointment with trash and trash everywhere (in the sand and water). We had to clean a small area from the beach so it was to let our kids to play in there. In few minutes we found two handfull pieces of glass, plastics to fill up a medium size trashcan and no way were able to go to the water beacause of all the rubbish there was floating. We used another beach (perfect with small children!) in walking distance since that day (Coco Hut Resort was on that beach). So, the place, pool and staff was really good! But the beach was something else.

Only good if you want to party for the full moon”

The staff were super friendly on arrival and the beach was amazing. But my room was dirty from people partying, the beds were right up against each other and at night the room shakes from the music. You also have to pay an entrance fee for the pool which is ridiculous considering you are already paying too much for the room. It is also way out from everything else and the hills should not be ridden by beginner scooter riders. That being said, if you are going to be partying during your stay, you will love it because you can walk out the door and onto the beach for the party. I would 10/10 recommend this for full moon party goers.

we stayed in an 24 people dorm for the full moon party. although it was quite big it was still cozy and never felt crowded. the bathroom was ok. the location is top though, you can directly enter the beach from the hostel. also they have a pool which is really cool to meet people :) staff was really friendly and nice! also good food there and wifi was working perfectly. definately recommend!

Definitely useful for a party holiday around the time of the full moon party, only complaint I have is in 4 days our towels were not changed which was annoying otherwise I cannot complain and would stay again

Party hostel ”

If you want to be near the full moon, this is the place to stay. It's right on the beach. It does get loud from all the music, but I found I could easily sleep through it. The room was a 24 bed dorm, which tended to get a bit noisy when people came back from nights out. The bed itself had a shelf above with a locker, and you could also leave valuables at reception. As this is right near the party, be prepared for a lot of party animals staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and the food was good.

Good location and right on the beach”

We stayed at one of the pool bungalows and it was nice. Clean room being that this is the headquarters of the full moon party. Can get loud at night due to the proximity to the beach bars but was manageable. Restaurant is open early and super late which was helpful.

Good Location”

The Rooms were good & were cleaned everyday. It's just on the beach so really had a great time staying there. Breakfast & food is also good. One can see sunrise from here & feel great breeze while sitting on the terrace. Just not a place for someone who's looking for peace as there is loud music buzzing everyday on the beach but for us was fun as we just love music & the beats so we never felt away from the party;) All in All a great place to stay & a value for money.

Well positioned hotel”

This hotel has a good position at the southern end of attractive Had Rin sunrise beach. This is the party beach and people tend to party every night although normal nights' noise level/duration tend to be much lower than at Full Moon Party - I slept okay in my Superior Garden View bungalow which was on the hillside some distance from the nearest venue, and I'm sensitive to loud music. I think the situation would be different at full moon though. My room must have been something when new but it was in need of some TLC - the plumbing was dodgy, the door didn't lock properly and the last 10m of path was unlit if I forgot to turn the porch light on. But it was very spacious, had a big comfy bed, effective if not quiet aircon, good hot water, good lights, a huge deck with garden and distant sea views. The pool is great - almost 25m long for you lap swimmers. The restaurant had okay food at prices below normal budget bungalow levels. Lots of similarly priced competition nearby. Free wifi didn't extend to garden rooms. Staff were a bit blase. I thought the price of my room was a tad high for low season - but there is a premium for staying on the best beach in Had Rin central.

great location”

we had a nice bungalow that was huge. it was very clean, had just the basics in and air con, but for the cost it was great. the hotel is right on the beach, a little to one end so even though you can hear music from the bars it's not too loud at the bungalows at the back. swimming pool was fantastic especially when doing proper swimming.

Great location, but rooms are just ok”

The paradise bungalow hotels has a nice location and the rooms next to the pool are pretty nice (but also ver noisy). The room they put me into was not so good. I would not stay here again. there is much better value out there in Haad Rin. The pool area is really nice the "hill" rooms are not nice at all

party central”

Awesome and friendly staff! Great pool and prime location if you like to party. It was a little too loud for my friends and i at niht when trying to sleep. Overall if you want to party and be in the middle of the full moon party than stay here, if you like your sleep find an entirely different beach. Overall for what we paid i was very pleased!

Great location and service with a smile”

our main purpose in koh phangan was nightlife. we chose this hotel because he was at the beach of the full moon but at the end of it, so it is possible to sleep all the time (no boom boom from the party). we were at the hill side bungalows - the room was big and the balcony was awesome. will come back to this hotel

close to everything, on the full moon party beach”

I made a reservation of the garden superior room three weeks in advance before the full moon party and after all the hotels on the beach were already fully booked. however, this nice hotel is located where the full moon is taking place . close to the main shopping street and restaurants. crew are welcoming and take care all your needs, including laundry for a little sum of THB. despite that, if the reason of your staying is the full moon party, you might be getting ready to pay double for the reservation in this period of time. bring with you a padlock to store your important belongings at the locker in the nearest supermarket that belongs to the hotel.
