Most helpful staff!”
The hotel staff at the Peppermill was amazing! I had an unavoidable delay causing me to not make it to Reno on my scheduled start date and Agoda would not allow me to make any changes to my reservation at all but when I contacted the hotel directly they were very understanding and, while I still had to pay for the night I wasnt there they held my reservation for me and even upgraded us to one of their beautiful Tuscany Suites for free! I'll never use Agoda again but I would definitely visit the Peppermill again!

I had a great stay at the Peppermill and fully enjoyed all of the amenities. It was clean and beautiful and the customer service was wonderful. I would 100 percent stay again

The Peppermill has always been our go to place when we go to Reno. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. They do their best to keep the hotel and casino sanitized and follow the CDC guidelines. I will definitely recommend the Peppermill!
Impressive”
This is the most beautiful hotel and casino on earth.. all a Tuscany design, beautiful photos running on screens throughout the casino floors, the rooms were like being a Queen and the spa was incredible.. not to mention the pool areas.. I loved it.. The staff were amazing and always helpful!! Can’t wait to come back!! 🤗

One of the best places to stay in Reno. The price was quite a bit for similar in the area. It can go from 80-270 real quick depending how full or if there is an event and/or weekend. The amenities are great. Food (which is actually really good from the cafe to the room service; though expensive and a little over priced; the quality and quantity is there. The biggest blunder is drinks by the poolside… massively overpriced. $15 for a non-top shelf Moscow mule. The rooms on the other hand are all redone from head to toe. Ac is nice and blackout windows. The only thing that really bugged me was the layout. It’s so had to navigate the place. I walked in circles just to find a cafe for my wife’s Latte. A smart thing for the hotel to do would be to implant a gps/map which will tell you how and where to get where you want to go. 30m to find the pool. Every door says not a pool entrance yet the pool was right there. All and all great place, beautiful just expensive all around and hard to navigate.
