Very clean, nice food at the hotel’s restaurant, not far from tong sala pier. There are some good restaurants not far. The rooms which are road side are very noisy, the garden view is good and quite. On Wednesday there’s Latina party until 1 a.m which is actually good, on Sunday night there is party on the pier and the loud miscues won’t let you sleep till 6 a.m. on other days it’s ok

Cockroaches, broken TV/shower, rude staff ”

I definitely feel as if this place is not worth the price. My sister and I arrived at the hotel around 12PM and had to wait nearly 3 hours until our room was ready even though check-in was suppose to start at 11:30AM. The staff was rude when we brought this to their attention. The shower and the TV were broken and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I would highly advise seeking accommodation elsewhere.

Life music till midnight”

I was looking for a quiet night as I needed to take the early ferry at 7 am. So I went to bed early but woke up by the noise of a local band that played life music in front of my room till midnight.

very nice hotel but road too close”

we had a nice stay at this new hotel, easy to find, good location in Bantai but on the main road so quite noisy. spacious room with big bed, flat tv, hot shower, ac, safety, wifi, terrace... hotel with sea view but there is no beach. restaurant on site with fair prices (around 60+ thb). staff helpful and friendly. only problem is the noise from the road.

Excellent beach front property with lovely food”

Friendly staff, lovely exteptionally cheap food modern clean rooms with a lovely view in a quiet area of Baan thai. Taxis here are cheap not too expensive to get to Had Rin and right next door to the jungle experience!

A good time”

I spent 3 nights here for the fullmoon party. This hotel is not so easy to find. Location is good. Restaurant also great. Good food Good staff Good trip! Thank you all of staff there. :) Ps. Pls try the food in this hotel. I think it's the one popular restaurant in this area.

great, quiet place”

had a bungalow closer to the water. there is no proper beach here btw. but the room was fantastic, clean, comfortable bed. the restaurant has good food at a great price

Cheaper rooms are on street site which noise from passing by vehicle might disturb a bit. Higher price rooms are kinda beach front but no sand out up front . Resort doesn't have swimming pool. Middle price room has pantry and kitchen.

Noisy place”

The hotel is ok, but it needs proper windows/door so you could get a good sleep if you're staying in the building near the road. They need to work on Cleanliness, we had too ask them to clean our room one more time during check in.

Good place to stay”

There is no beach at the resort, there's a nice garden area you can lay with coastline view at the bottom. The staff are friendly and helpful but do not speak fluent English so there may be some language barrier to overcome. There is a local petrol station for everyday items and cash machines, also a pharmacy just a few mins walk. Rooms are nice with free wifi. Food at the restaurant is good. It's very well priced so do not expect 5* hotel, it's a good place to stay for what you pay and is outside of the busy areas. There are 2 main beaches, one north and one south of the hotel. Expect to pay 250baht each to the north and 100baht each to the south. Currently 100bht is about £1.85 so worth the money as both are about 15mins away. Agree a price before hand though with the taxi/tuk tuk driver. Lovely beaches both north and south.

Cozy in Phangan! ”

My friend and I stayed at this resort for 4 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves here. The resort, and its staff were extremely laid back and very understanding to our problems. Our initial room had a malfunctioning A/C, ie, that it didn't cool at all. This wasn't ideal considering that it was blistering hot in Phangan at the time, plus the bathroom wasn't very clean. The hotel staff however moved us to a bigger room (big plus for no additional cost!) with a sea view, which was great. During our stay, we didn't have anything to complain about. In fact, I've only got positives to note about this resort. There's a nice little step leading down to a very secluded spot near the sea shore which is great if you want to get away from the rest of the world! P.S: Do not forget to try the Pineapple Fried Rice and Spring rolls at the restaurant. They are to die for, and very well priced!

I've been there for honeymoon trip. The location is good for me. Especially the beach very fantastic. They good nice view for beach and swimming pool. But the room very scary and dirty expecially on bathroom very smell. I dont like it. Many mosquito arround. The staff just 5 person, not helpingpool. If the managent more care this hotel can be the good resort and nice hotel feasible

we stayed here 4 nights when we wer on koh pahangan..staff was friendly and helpfull. we had a beutiful ocean view..hotel was quiet with a decent resteraund, good prices...local taxis run up and down the street in front of the hotel that can take u prety much anywhere on the island..about a ten minut cap ride from full moon party...all in all i dont hve anything bad to say at all bout this hotel. we reely enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again

Beautiful rooms and lovely service”

we were a couple searching for a hotel, and we luckily found this one. the hotel opened very recently so we had difficulty to find it on the map. once we arrived, the receptionist took care of us very carefully and made us discover the room. well, the room was higher than our expectations : beautiful colors, perfectly made bed, television, air con, good bathroom, but considering all these qualities, i have to admit that the room was not that big. for that price, i highly suggest this room, which is a wonderful place to stay.
