Ok stay ”

We stayed in total of 7 Nights in 8 bed mixed dorm. The dorm was clean, linens are clean, towels are clean (rented with refundable deposit). They have AC downtime but they have a fan working during AC down time. Locker under bed was big to put your backpacks. Individual curtain wasn’t fully closed so you still get the light. And a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom are pretty clean but a little bit small and need more hook to hang clothes. Hot water available. Toilet most of the time not the cleanest but can choose the better one from few toilet available. The staffs are not the friendliest, they more concern about the money. The free dinner wasn’t good at all. They sell tours etc but I think best to buy your tours on the street vendors as you can negotiate the price way cheaper than their price tag. It’s a bit of a walk to Ao Nang beach (around 10 mins) but you can get Song-thaew/taxi easily. We didn’t have much problem with street noise or the prayer from the mosque across the street, more noice coming from your room mates when they come back late at night. Also they have lots of rules but doesn’t seem they really check or care. Only problem we had on our last night the 3 room mates had their pre-party inside the room, bought their liquors and drank it in the room with loud music on until 11pm then they went partying. 1 of them came home badly drunk and vomitted all over sink and toilet without properly cleaned them afterwards, made it smells and dirty sinks. Since it was our last night we didn’t wanna make a fuss and report it to the reception will make us trouble with the rest of mates.

A flying visit but a comfortable stay”

This was just a pit stop as we were heading to the islands the next day so had less than 24 hours at the hostel but the rooms were very clean with a huge locker draw under your bed and privacy curtains. One thing about the curtains is they didn't go inbetween the bed facing you so you almost felt like it was a face off with the person directly infront of you. Hard to explain but made it a little awkward. The toilet and shower areas were clean but very small. Lots of them so never had to wait. They offer free food in the evening which was small but tasty. The location was good and only a 10-15 min walk to the beach but there is a mosque across the road which is pretty loud early morning. Staff were helpful and friendly and checking out early in the morning wasn't a problem

Disappointing ”

It looked so good on the images but in real life there was not a good atmosphere in the hostel, everyone left, the bbq ended early (and even if you get it its just a small stick with some chicken and paprika, the toilets were awful, showers need some space to put your clothes, the chargers in the bed didnt work even with an universal adapter

Good hostel that could be great w/ minor improvement ”

Comfortable beds, though a bit cramped in the room and an improvement would be to put curtains between beds, not just sides of bed, as you can see person right in front of you as beds face each other. Good location that is a 10 minute walk to Ao Nang beach, quiet spot but close to action if you want it. The staff at night friendly and helpful, but the morning staff was sometimes curt and not keen on giving good information. We booked transportation through them and it was a mess and they were not professional about it. Nice common area to hang out in and sidewalk seating/bar. Overall, I liked it and think with a few improvements it could be a great hostel.

The room and bathroom facilities were very clean. There is a strange smell around the bathroom, but they say it’s because they don’t use harsh chemicals to clean the facilities. The staff was good and helped me book tours and airport transfers. I thought the location was great, near all the restaurants and shops. And just a 15 minute walk down to the beach

Very clean, quiet, and comfy hostel. Beds have half privacy curtain. Showers and toilets very clean with hot water. Social area downstairs was good to lounge and check out area tours and ideas of where to go. Several shops, restaurants, and 7-11's within walking distance.

I got a private room and it wasn't very clean. I asked the reception and they wanted to inform housekeeping but nothing ever happened about it. They also claim to give you the best prices for tours, rooms etc. but I found that no matter if it was booking a trip, extending my stay or doing laundry it was way cheaper in other shops outside or online. They do provide free food every evening on their patio. The hostel is on a busy road with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. It's about 15 minutes to get to Ao Nang beach where you can take the long boats to Railay/Tonsai,...

Comfortable beds with big lockers and curtains. Clean bathrooms and good WiFi, but it takes awhile to get to the beach. Most of the staff was nice except at checkout when a lady was very rude when I asked for help with an airport shuttle

Great hostel with friendly staff”

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The location is strategic, although it’s quite a distance to the Aonang beach but the facilities are great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You could literally ask for anything, they’d immediately offer a hand to help. They offer a lot of services including island tour package, airport transfer and other fun activities, you can just ask the staff for suggestions. If you’d like an affordable place to stay, I’d recommend this hostel.

Best place to stay and hangout”

Pop-in hostel is located very strategically in the Aonang district. You can find plenty of bars, coffee shops, seafood restaurants, convenient stores and street food around this hostel. I enjoyed my stay so much, everything is provided as mentioned and the room was spacious. Not forgetting to mention that you can meet many backpackers and chat all night at the hostel lobby. So this hostel was definitely up there in one of my favourites... initianally booked for 2 night but stayed 7. Right so I will start with the beds.... super comfy with a curtain and you even get a quilt which is a nice luxury in hostels!!! Next comment is I can't express how wonderful the staff are, they are so helpful and I feel like I became part of the pop in family in my stay... they remembered my name and often had me involved in anything they were doing which was super nice. Finally the free BBQ if you eat chicken is amazing and the cocktails are really good but even better in happy hour at the price. At the Ed of the day I could not recommend this hostel enough. You should stay here!!!

Great atmosphere & chilled ”

Modern cool interior. Comfortable beds and you get a quilt which is a great home comfort! Free BBQ at night and drinking games if you're up for it! Reception are really friendly and helpful. Close to the cheap food places, don't paid the beach front prices. Would definitely recommend!

Fun and clean hostel”

So many interesting young travelers here and the staff is wonderful! very helpful with good English skill. The free barbecue in the evening is a good chance to meet friends there to go exploring with and it's only about a kilometer walk down to the​ beach. Very good value!

This place is great”

I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. It was about 3 months old when I got there in January 2017. The upsides: - Nice chill out area - clean and decent toilets and showers - 2 Free BBQ Skewers per day which means people stick around if you want to meet anyone - There is a daily tour to somewhere (did not try but appreciate that it was available) - The beds have a light, outlet, shelf and curtain - They rent out scooters - Overall well organised and smoothly running Downsides - The Mosque opposite to the Hostel might wake you up in the middle of the night - Some of the staff is fairly new so looks like some might need more training (My experience with Martim was not great, he is very distracted, makes you wait endlessly and doesn't know about certain rules nor informs himself when I told him other staff told me other things than he did, so I hope he gets some more training) - If you have the top bed of the bunks and you're not very tall like me, the climb seems rather dangerous. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back if I go to Krabi again.

Clean, cute & great location”

We spent our first night in one of the private superior rooms. It was huge, but right above the road so very noisy all night. After that we moved to a dorm, and it was perfect. Very clean, with curtains on the beds and a locker with a huge amount of space. The beds are very hard, but that's been the case in most places we've stayed. They have tons of toilets and showers outside of the rooms, which made for a wet floor but there was always an available shower so that was nice (although the lack of counter space was a bit annoying it definitely wasn't a big issue). The location was great; surrounded by cafes and restaurants so you'll never be hungry. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and then a 7-12 minute long boat to Railay. Overall we enjoyed our stay (especially considering the price; very affordable) and would totally stay here again.

Location was ok, the staffs were so friendly and helpful, helped us with booking transfer to airport. There are mini bar and resting area downstairs, overall we were very satisfied with the stay. we stayed for 1 night, but me and my partner was saying we wish we could stay more days here.
