Fabulous Hotel”
Absolutely loved Prince Waikiki. It was a perfect choice for us and our 3 grown children. Rooms were beautiful with full ocean/marina views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the location at the very end of Waikiki Beach next to the Ala Moana Mall. We chose the Executive room option which was great for us. We always had breakfast and lunch there with drinks and apps at night. Food was delicious. We arrived early but our rooms were ready. We didnt mind the resort fee as it included wifi and parking. The wifi was very strong; we worked in our VPNs all over. Pool was very nice. Loved the relaxing Hawaiian vibe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel; large rooms, comfy bed. Close to convention center with nice views of harbor. ”
Pros: got a great deal on agoda. The bathroom is huge with separate enclosed area for shower and toilet. The toilet has option of heated seat and a bidet. Everything was bright and clean. The room is large with ceiling to floor windows along the whole wall with views facing the ocean and harbor with option of opening up the upper windows and getting a nice breeze in the evenings. Liked the turn down service with little chocolates on the bed and a note about some Hawaiian culture. The infinity pool on the fifth floor is somewhat small but with nice views and plenty of lounging chairs available. Received 2 bottles of complementary water daily which was nice after a day of walking. Walking distance to convention center since I was in town for a conference but a little walk to Waikiki beach and the downtown area with larger dining options. Loved my stay!! Cons: location. Would have preferred more central Waikiki location. Ice machines only available on 3 floors. (Minor)

Amazing”
My partner and I booked Prince Waikiki for the last leg of our month long trip to America and we were absolutely blown away by the service, friendliness and facilities of the hotel. The views are breathtaking and we loved waking up in paradise every day. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel is good, and cocktails by the infinity pool can't be missed. The one recommendation I would provide other travelers is to stay back at the hotel on the Friday evening to watch the fireworks as I made the mistake of booking a dinner cruise which was a complete tourist trap! Would recommend all friends and family to stay at Prince Waikiki, and we cannot wait to visit again!

Classy but friendly.”
The rooms has great... everything! From Lion coffee in the morning, the luxuriant bedding, plentiful and soft towels, and even to a TV on which you can log in to your Netflix account for the duration of the trip. It was a breeze. And the parking! It's part of the silly $30/day "resort fee" (I think of it as a "resentment fee"), it is at least SUPER convenient to use. Breakfasts outside the buffer were pleasingly affordable, and the pool bar was lovely. We caught some live Hawaiian music out there one night. I would definitely stay again if the fees were similar. And, yes, the view from the room drop-dead gorgeous.

Older Japanese lady at the gift shop was rude with me but other than that, excellent hotel and cleanliness is is top notch! Not to mention customer service from valet to front desk was on point and made our honeymoom even more special.

Excellent facility and location”
Our family love the stay in Prince Waikiki. The club floor has beautiful view and nice lounge area for daily use! Love the facility , very clean and stylish . It’s location is in walking distance to Waikiki beach and shopping center. We will definitely come back again!

Nice hotel in a prime location”
Prince Waikiki, though a little bit pricey, is a wonderful hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend. The personnel is friendly (they need to work a little bit on the attentiveness of the doormen), the rooms are amazing with a wonderful view of the marina and the location is optimal to go to Waikiki area as well as to access other areas. What I like most in comparison to other hotels I have been in the Waikiki area is the fact that you are not surrounded by a huge amount of "beach-going" tourists which is giving it a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere..

Love, love, love!”
We love this hotel. This was our second stay here. The location is away from the hustle of the main area of Waikiki, but still only a light 20 minute walk to the heart of waikiki. They also offer a free shuttle if you don’t wish to walk. The pool area is beautiful and my partner enjoyed how close it is to the Ala Moana mall.

Amazing resort and wonderful stay ”
The place is absolutely amazing! I was a huge fan of the pool area and the rooms were fantastic and cozy. I would love to stay there again. The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful even to the point where they helped us catch a cab with reduced price and hold our luggage after check out. 100% recommend.

Had an amazing stay here beautiful hotel. There is some minor construction going on in front and back but no big deal. Room was totally worth the price; would definitely stay again. They need another hot tub that can get busy but I just waited in the other pools finally got it so relaxing!! Very short walk to Ala Moana beach; and shopping center. See you there soon Aloha 🌺

It is the first time in almost 50 years of travel experience that a hotel exactly matches the advertising shots - even surpasses them. The whole experience is overwhelming. The hotel is beautifully managed, the service is extremely friendly. Especially recommended are the pool and the Japanese restaurant. Everything is just right here. Respect and Mahalo!

Awesome new hotel!”
Immaculate hotel with friendly staff! We were on a lower floor but still had amazing views. Loved the turn-down service. Free parking. Only got to check out the pool once, which is a shame because it was amazing! There is a small infinity pool and a main pool which is pretty big for Waikiki standards, lots of pool chairs and shade available. We had to make last minute changes regarding our reservation and both the hotel and Agoda were very accommodating. The only minor mishap during our stay was the Japanese restaurant on the first floor, which had a very inefficient wait system. When we went, there was a person who made a whole scene screaming at the hostess because of the wait. Not the staffs' fault, but they definitely could have been handled it better. The food was very delicious at a reasonable price, but what happened during the wait kinda ruined the experience for us.

Great position with sea views ”
Nice newish hotel with great sea views. Lovely pool area with ocean views. Good position to view fireworks from Hilton hotel on Friday evening enjoyed half price drinks/bar food daily (loved the salt & vinegar wings) appreciated complimentary drink voucher & shuttle service

Great hotel with fantastic customer experience”
We had a wonderful stay at Prince Waikiki for our Wedding Anniversary. The staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. On our first night that delivered a bottle of Preseco and anniversary message, which was a nice surprise! We were very touched. The room was very modern with all the relevant amenities. The oceanfront view from the room was amazing!! Watching the sunset from the room was a nice addition to our stay. The pool area included an infinity pool overlooking the oceanfront area. The hotel is only a short 8 mins walk to the beach and to the lagoon. A free shuttle bus was also provide to Ala Moana centre and down to Waikiki Beach. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and will definitely be back again.

Great place”
Loved the staff, lobby, amenities-soft towels, really nice bath products. They upgraded me to an oceanfront Room. My toilet didn’t work the first night, I came in late, but they gave me a $100 resort credit and had the most skilled massage at their spa!

Excellent Service”
The staff at Prince Waikiki were nothing short of amazing. The food was great and the amenities were excellent. We stayed in the Ocean Front View and it was magical during the sunset. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an intimate stay.

Best hotel in Oahu”
Prince Waikiki was the best stay ever we've had. We stayed there for our honeymoon. The service was very excellent, and staffs were very friendly too. We will definitely visit there again later.

Hotel in a great location, our room had views over the park and harbour. The pool on the fifth floor was really appreciated after a morning trip. I couldn’t fault the service provided by any woman of the friendly staff
