The hotel appeared old and was musty smelling . Our room was heavily worn and the furniture was damaged.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and wanted to stay there again. However, the day of my stay, I received a positive result for a covid test, meaning I couldn't fly the next day so there was no need to stay at an airport hotel. They would not change my reservation to a later date, no matter whether Agoda called them or I called them. I even accepted the lost money and tried to book the hotel again two weeks later, but they would not accept my reservation despite showing plenty of rooms available. Maybe I'll try again . . . maybe not.

Convenient and affordable ”
I would recommend this hotel for a long layover, the price is right and its only a few minutes away from the airport plus they provide shuttles so its an added convenience.

You get what you pay for”
Nice budget hotel as its a 60-70 cheap stay. It offer breakfast and shuttle service. When arriving you Must go to the west side airport we found

Felt like I was checking in at a Vegas Casino when we walked into our ginormous top floor suite. Was a great value at over half off regular price.

Better the second time”
It was my second time staying for an overnight airport accommodation. Clean except for construction, awesome desk staff, quiet.

Good, but not great”
The bathroom sink was clogged and dirty. The bathtub drained very slowly. The parking lot was slick with ice in many places -- other hotels and restaurants appear to be more successful in de-icing their pavement. The airport shuttle starts early and runs regularly, but fills up very quickly -- perhaps they could buy a larger van. There is currently (January 2020) a LOT of construction happening inside the hotel, but I assume they're working on making it a better place. The front desk staff guy was great, though.

Only negative is the hot tub was broken. Staff is excellent and easy hop on to a shuttle to airport.

A Perfect Fit For A Quick In & Out ”
Terrific service, in particular from Norma at the front desk, super-clean and quiet room, decent continental breakfast and easy access to and from the airport and downtown despite Denver's s-p-r-a-w-l made this trip easy.

Terrible staff”
Booking was made through Agoda, the reservation never went through so I couldn't check in. It was 1 AM, we were exhausted and really needed to rest, and the receptionist acted like it's not his job to try to check us in.
