The staff go out of their way to accommodate guests. The rooms are incredible. The bathroom is huge. I have a service animal and they didn’t give any any issues about her being with me. Everyone should check in at Ramada Kent. You won’t have any complaints.
Good value for price ”
If you’re looking for a deal and no frills this is the place. Great staff, quiet location, good access to highway and nearby necessities such as coffee. Bed was super comfy, clean bathroom and towels. Pool was out of service, no bfast in lobby, coffee maker in room didn’t work, and tv signal went out on last day. Again, all things we could deal with and live without. All we cared about was a friendly staff (check), good bed with clean bathroom, linens, and towels (check), good price (check). Free and safe parking too.

No breakfast was offered for 4 nights stay, was just given bag containing sunnyD orange drink + preserved oranges + granola bar(not every day) and I was told hotel had been sold off one week before and they don't have any hot breakfast available. Other issue is back parking is full of drug peddlers+ crack heads on weekends. Air is filled with weed + meth. This issue is serious and they need to put security to avoid their presence within hotel premises. At some point they even roam within the hotel. As far as staff was concerned and premises cleanliness and room condition was good and acceptable as per price given it was good but just no breakfast was disappointing as it was promised when I booked it.

I booked thru agoda and was told it was 2 king beds for 2 traveller's. When I checked in only 1 bed and a small couch . I was disappointed about this as other traveller's had to take uncomfortable small couch. Very overpriced as well. I would hope for some kind of discount as this was false advertising .
