Would stay again but now I know”
The hotel was good with a good proximity to the falls but I was not aware that there was a $20 parking charge. Nothing said this needed to be paid. It did say there was a $19.95 resort fee and $2 accomodation tax. So this was disappointing. Also, the restaurant that they gave us discounts to was closed on Sunday and Monday (the two days we were there), so they should just not have given them to us instead of disappointing us.
I am sorry that the parking fee was clear prior to arrival, we do mention parking on all web sites and on the registration card prior to completing the check in process

Great place to stay! Doing some upgrades to the main entrance. Had to do a little detour but can’t wait to see the results. We’ll be back. 😊

Nasty couch”
The location was why we booked the hotel as we wanted to see Niagara Falls before heading to downtown Toronto. When we walked into our room the 1st we saw was a nasty heavily stained red couch that looked like it was picked up off a street corner and just placed there. It made the whole room feel dirty and unsanitary!! We will never stay there again even if they gave us the room for free!!
Beware of additional fees”
Nice spacious rooms, but beware of additional daily parking and resort fees….though it’s hardly a resort. Additional fees should have been mentioned upfront, at time of booking.
Clean and awesome staff”
Everyone was super nice and pleasant! Our room was basic but SO comfortable! I came close to making an offer on buying their pillows lol I haven't slept that good in a very long time! And I love the location...FAR from the insanity of the falls area but still close!
