Pros: Room is clean, check-in was quick. Cons: no elevators, pool is small and cold, breakfast is nothing special, when leaving for the day they ask that you leave them with your room key (which is left In a basket on the front desk for just anyone to walk in and grab),, staff made us pay 100 Baht to clean our 2 bath towels because after we came home from elephant retreat we had to shower causing mud to get on their white towels. We had cleaned off previously at the retreat but the remaining dirt came off during our second shower at the hotel. They must charge for any stains? But it was just dirt..not blood or wine. . I’ve never had a hotel in my life charge me for a dirty towel (this is the purpose of a bath towel after all). I would not recommend this hotel as we were treated like children and made to feel like we did something bad. Maybe if there is such issues they should change their white bath towels to a darker colour. White will never wash well.

Decent value for money”
The room was really spacious including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable for one night's sleep and there was a side table with a lamp on both sides of the bed which I really appreciate. We had a good sized balcony (not for the purpose of a view) but no outdoor chairs, which was a bit of a shame. Unfortunately we had trouble with our air conditioner in the middle of the night but the guy that worked at the front desk was very happy to help and ended up getting us another bed that we could go and sleep in. If you are looking for a budget hotel that has a pool than this is a great option. Warning, the water is pretty cold though! :)

Clean and basic room. Good location to the city's sights. Good if all you need is a secure place to sleep or somewhere to recharge your batteries away from the heat in the comfort of aircon
