Cozy stay - ”
Location is perfect, breakfast was okay! You need to pay fee for parking as there are free parking lots in the village but for safety and convenience, we used the hotel parking lot - I think it is worth it. Staff members were really kind. Room condition is clean and nice but little small. But overall, it is pleasant stay with my family.
great location, bad sound insulation”
the location is great and considering the COVID pandemic, the staff found alternatives to keeping everything safe while trying to retain as many services as possible. The only downside was the level of noise. Of course being beside the Casey's downstairs, you have to expect some noise from that at night. However, we were woken up the entire weekend by the staff loudly talking as they cleaned the rooms nearby or just talking in the hallway. We often heard kids kids yelling from other floors as well. It also didn't help that we were near the elevators so there was even more "people traffic" around us. Since only a limited amount of people can enter an elevator and since people have to wait at a certain distance from the others while waiting for their turn on the elevators, we often had people right outside our door. This definitely made our experience less enjoyable.
Great stay”
We stayed 4 days with two young children and we really enjoyed being so central. Especially with covid restrictions, it was essential to be able to go back to the room for lunch and also warm up if needed. Pools/spas/gyms closed as per public health recs and breakfast is served in a to go box. No room service during the length of ur stay but u can order in from the restaurant. All in all really perfect getaway, enjoyed all the outdoor activities at ease. The staff was lovely and the room was clean and had everything you need to cook your own meals. (Double queen one bedroom suite).

Was close access to all facilities in the ski village . Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was warm and comfortable.
