Very kind and understandable staff”
I booked the room for our friends for Nov 13 to 15, 2020 but because of Typhoon Ulysses they need to cancel a day before (Nov12). I've requested the Ridgewood if we can rebooked the room the following week and they accommodate it without extra charge. The hotel is cozy and clean and the room is very clean and disinfected. Thank you!

Had a 2 night stay. All the staff were accommodating, from front desk to the dinning area. Ambiance is cozy great, place is clean. Food is the best!!!! One uncontrollable problem was dogs around the neighborhood were so noisy at night.. aside from that, i loved the place

Stayed for 8 days during pandemic. They are included in IATF approved hotels in Baguio, and when you arrive in the hotel, they will give instructions on when you go in and out of the hotel premis after 3.30pm They also sanitize the rooms with UV, and once you checked-in, no staff will enter the room until you check-out but they will replenish the needed stash like towels, soaps, shampoos etc. The room and bathroom is not sparkling clean, they don't have cable so you won't be able to watch anything. The staff said they need to cut expenses due to lack of guests. My suggestion is to get the Balcony room with even room numbers for better view outside 😁☺

Pros: cheaper price, spacious room with plenty of toiletries, sufficient electrical socket, with complementary purified drinking water and 3in1 coffee, safe situated near private residence, picturesque restaurant with very high ceiling, and with good staff. Cons: need private vehicle since limited taxi nearby, and since its situated nearby residence dogs barking are sometimes too many, loud and annoying, walking is a challenge since its streets are elevated compared to other roads in the city (session etc.) and again with dogs on loose. Overall the place is a value for money compared to other hotels with amenities.
RESTFUL VACAY”
Wanted to escape the WFH mode in Manila and have a restful vacay for a few days. Initially booked for 2 nights but ended staying for 4 nights instead. The room was simple but spacious and clean. The staff were all accommodating and very courteous. While there was no TV as we came in via a promo, it was not needed because the intention was to unplug from the outside world for a bit. Wifi was sufficient and the promo even came with breakfast. Very very good value for money!
