Need improvement”

Had a chance to stay here because the hotel where we booked in advance "Khao Nam Na Boutique Resort" wa desolated! Like a haunted house when we arrive there. So agoda staff had to find a new shelter for us in the last minute of peak holiday when most of hotels were fully packed. The room on the 5th floor with no elevator was big but it was not clean, dusty and so many insects which not good for the family who has little kids like us. Breakfast was so so. It was so late at that time ankids felt too tired ...felt like were forced to stay here.

Room prices, staff, rooms quality and facilities were very good. The only main problem is with food quality and more importantly food prices.

Big room, the best service”

I went there with family with a little child, from the price I didn't expect too much but what I got is much more than I though. A room is pretty big, all staffs there are very friendly and very helpful. We were much satisfied with the best service here. Food here wasn't cheap but it's worth the price and everything is delicious. Anyway, the location is a little far from town but if you want to feel like stay in a forest next to a river or want a large field to play football, you'd better stay here. I'm sure I will go back there :)

Ghost hotel”

We were looking forward to a great hotel but were extremely disappointed with staff (no help with luggage and finding our room), required cash payment when it was not specified with the booking, 30 kms from the city and attractions, large room but AC TV are from the early 90's and a "cloudy" pool. This hotel seems to attract large groups. We were the only guests except for the first night which had 5 students staying over.

The staffs were very nice and has a good service mind, It's good for hideaways trip here because of its natural surrounding and peaceful environment.

Disapointing remote location and cold atmosphere”

not so much out of town - but another town! This place is so remote! It is only suitable for large organised tours that arrive by bus. Independent travellers should avoid at all costs. Loud music around the pool till 11pm AND started again 6 AM

This was a nice place to stay and we were well looked after but it was not in the city centre as advertised. It was about 30kms out of time with no attractions near.

Ok hotel but far far away from anything”

There is nothing around the hotel and there is no choice to book any trips from there. so if you have your own transportation it would be a quite getaway. i see no point of booking this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and nice service!”

The staff called me at 9.50 am, to remind me that the breakfast is about to be over. That's quiet unique! The hotel room is standard, nothing special, but the outer areas are very nice concerning the price for this hotel. It is a renovated hotel and they did that very nice! It is right next to the river.

von wegen,es liegt mehr als 45 km ausserhalb,so das kein lockaler-taxi fahrer das hotel gekannt hat musten uns eine ander unterkunft nehmen,da es am abend war.wen sie solche beschreibungen machen wir haben zwar das hotel bezahlt,doch waren wir nie dort,weil wir ja kanchanaburi besichtigen wollten und nicht die provinz.eigentlich sollte man rechtliche schrite gegen diese machenschaften unter nehmen.wir sind mehr als entäuscht.ich kann nur abraten mit diesen gangstern zu buchen.
