Never come back!”
They call their rooms is villas but that seems not, It looks very old and dark. They don’t have swimming pool with hot water even it’s outdoor pool because they don’t have many customers. From villas to the parking is very far but no ones helps to bring your luggage to your room. They even have tuk tuk but it seems just leave there and no use because don’t have many customers! Again, silly answer!! They call it villas and the villas in upstairs but no elevator!! The security guy was very rude and they arrange the way to get in/out is very stupid and easy to have accidents for who drives motorbike. Also one more thing which is unacceptable - I found 2 cockroaches on the dishes in the restaurant when I came for breakfast! I could not believe in my eyes because they said they are 5 stars and luxury hotel.

Terrible experience ”
We had the worse night in a long time, couldn’t sleep until 4 am because of some techno music we thought was coming from a club but it turned out it was from the door on top of ours. In the morning music was still on, it ruined our tour that day because of lack of sleep. Staff was apologetic but we had to asked them few times before the music was lowered down (not even stopped). Not the hotel fault I guess but still one goes to hotel so can sleep, not for an unrequested all day long rave. Swimming pool area had no chairs, pool bar no attending staff, old furniture smell in the rooms and spa was closed. Night staff couldn’t speak english. Breakfast wasn’t as good as other reviews say, maybe it went down lately for some reason. Altogether just not worthy.

Very good breakfast, big swimming pool. Kind and helpful staff. However, the silicone sealant in the bathroom is partially moldy and a decorative pillow stinked so badly which shouldn't have happened in 4-5 star hotel.

Great Hotel to stay, room was very nice and spacious looking over the pool. The breakfast was excellent, everything you can imagine was available.
