Great Food, Nice Location, Super facilities”
+ On the private clean beach yet on the main arterial road. + Great Breakfast and other food options, very friendly kitchen staff. Cooked special food for even though it was not mentioned in their menu + Best Swimming pool (upto 2.5m depth) at the same time kids safe. + Very clean and big airy rooms. Bathroom was big. Has balcony as well. + Nice greenery around. + Our one of the rooms had smart TV with Youtube....kids enjoyed it. + They have complementary airport pickup. Drop is at some specific times of the day but multiple times. - No specific wall boundary....hence feels as just open property. - The room cleaners took away our water bottles even though they were 70% full and we did not put them in waste-bins. Waste of resource - We did not want to wash our towels daily. But even though the cleaners took them away for washing. Impact on environment.
Saigon Phu Quoc Resort and Spa”
Everything was just great to the budget price level! Very friendly staff members. The room was reasonably spacious and clean, with a balcony, and was quiet. The hotel has a small swimming pool, gym and extends to the private beach. Breakfast was ok, the restaurant runs 24/7 🤩, and was not expensive at all. Just about 15 minutes walk to the Phou Quoc Night Market and many eateries, massage shops near by. Recommend!
Great value for money with good location and clean beach”
Location is good with amazing beach and pool. Rooms and Services are up to mark. This only thing needs to improve is to make beach in front more suitable for swimming as there are stones and really give cuts during swimming. At least in front of resort they should make a boundary for swimming and clean up the stones beneath.

Some nice features but overall: meh”
We had already lowered our expectations of this hotel based on previous reviews. We knew the hotel was older and needed some updates. For the price we paid, we can't really complain, but I will share these details. PROS: The grounds and the layout of the hotel are great. Sunsets from the beach were spectacular! The landscaping is lovely and well-kept. Our rooms were adequate, spacious, clean, and the balcony was great. The pool is clean and a decent size. The Wifi was good too. CONS: The beach is narrow, even at low tide, and there's trash in it, even with trash removal happening regularly. My biggest complaint was the lack of service and the food. The breakfast had some decent options but for it being a holiday, the staff seemed woefully unprepared. The coffee was sludge (how is this even possible in Vietnam?!). But the tipping point for us was the fact that fridge at the main bar was broken and no one seemed to think that was a problem. We were asked if warm beer and soda was OK. Nope, not so much. And we were told no cocktails, even though there was liquor and mixers on the shelves. There was zero service at the pool. Such a missed opportunity for the hotel! We got a bucket of ice and brought our own cold beers—and lunch. We also had to ask for pool towels as they'd run out and no one noticed. It's the little things that make a stay memorable and they were definitely missing from this hotel. If you want a decent but older hotel in a good location, this is an OK choice. Just don't expect much in the way of service. (For lunch, the Tram Tram banh mi stand up the street can't be beat!! And you can walk to Banana Garden for an exceptional breakfast too.)
