Family Hotel but Change Management”
This hotel being renovated by other management, so there's no more sanbe hotel, cause there's a transitions make this hotel not carry well like the lift not help us to go to the parking lot, all the furniture's old looks and not really clean. Everything is like pasive inside from the staff, facilities and everything but maybe if there's no transition condition this hotel can be good hotel for family group.

Transition from Holiday Inn to Marriott No sign at all from parking lot to the check in counter The check in staff is so lame, she didn't give us the detail information which floor our room is, we get loss to the wrong floor (spa) AC is central, very cold The water is just warm not hot, considering the water is very cold in Bandung Not so many variants of food served menu in breakfast

Formerly Holiday Inn, under renovation, all 3 rooms do not have cold water! ”
Location on Google map is wrong. No sign was posted on the property. Nobody nearby knows where is properly. We found it by googling image of hotel. Under renovation. All water were heated hot. We need to cool water before using it. Breakfast was limited but pleasantly good.
