This was definitely worth every penny. ”
Matthew manager was awesome and went way beyond any other place to make our stay perfect. All staff was very accommodating to any need. Entire resort was very clean, great rooms and beds very comfortable. Melton atTiki bar was superb and friendly. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Cant say enough good about this resort. Beautiful beach!

Wish they’d offer a complementary breakfast for the guest.. Their breakfast prices were quite high. We found a great breakfast place down the street but just sucks that we had to leave our hotel

Nice but they have to bring the beach loungers back off the beach at 5pm. Staff was great from start to finish
Great Get-Away- Room 113”
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. The only negatives, which we didn't report until our departure were- 1. the fridge had trouble keeping up. It would get our items really cold, then later they would be barely above room temp. It was kind of "off-and-on" working. 2. The water turn-off on our shower was really messed up. It was the kind of knob you push in to turn off. In our room (113), you had to apply so much pressure for like 60 seconds or more to get it to gradually turn off. Again, we didn't report this until we left, so it may already be fixed. The last thing that was not great was that the hotel-provided lounge chairs were taken up at 5pm. The staff, politely, asked us to get out of our chairs so they could take them in promptly at 5. I would have preferred to be able to use them until dark. We didn't bring our own chairs b/c of the advertised hotel lounges. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay.
