My Stay Experience at Sapa Fressia Hotel”
Sapa Fressia Hotel is situated in a beautiful location, just 1.4 km from the city center, 1.2 km from Sapa Station, and 2.8 km from Cat Cat Village. The location is peaceful and serene, making it an ideal place to stay for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the mountains from my room's balcony. It was truly mesmerizing and added so much to the overall experience. The hotel also offers a complimentary daily breakfast, which includes a variety of options for vegetarians like fruits, juices, bread, jam, butter, coffee, and other Vietnamese vegetarian dishes. For non-vegetarians, the food options are also excellent. Another great feature of the hotel is its proximity to dining options. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find India Gate Restaurant, just 170 meters away (a 2-minute walk), which is perfect for Indian cuisine lovers. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful, and they ensure a comfortable stay. However, one minor disappointment was that the complimentary welcome drink was not provided when I arrived. Aside from this, everything else was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend Sapa Fressia Hotel for its location, views, food, and hospitality. It’s definitely a place I’d stay at again!
Value for money”
The hotel offers cheap accommodation, making it an excellent choice for budget travelers. You get a lot of value for the price you pay. Despite the low cost, the hotel provides decent amenities that cater to the needs of guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpful staff. They were friendly and willing to assist with any queries or requests, which made me feel welcome and valued. The location is a significant advantage, as the hotel is close to the city center. This makes it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops without having to travel far. Overall, Hotel Freesia is a good option if you’re looking for value for money in Sapa. It successfully combines affordability with decent service and amenities, making it a solid choice for travelers. If you're planning a trip to Sapa and want a budget-friendly place to stay without compromising on quality, I highly recommend Hotel Freesia. It’s a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings while enjoying a comfortable stay.
Great Stay but poor Laundry service ”
I had a wonderful experience staying here. Staff was very helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel with great location. There is Indian restaurant India gate which is like very very near. It will be the best hotel specially for Indians. One Feedback about laundry service, it’s very bad. They have not cleaned the cloths just put them into shampoo and returned. Laundry service is pathetic. I would like the hotel management to look into this matter.
Top Notch”
This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed. Conveniently located at the heart of Sapa. Getting around the whole Sapa city and around its vicinity was relatively easy. Staffs were very friendly and hesitate not to provide you with tour information that most tourist would asked for. Breakfast were wonderful. If visiting back in the future, I definitely will stay back at this hotel again. The room was spacious and cleaned. The price was reasonably charged. I paid 3 stars price for a 4.5 stars environment. Definitely value for money. 2 thumbs up!👍👍
Decent Hotel in Sapa”
The Hotel looks better compared to any other boutique hotel in Sapa as others looked small and located in a crowded places. However, this hotel was a bit far from the Sapa Center which would make you walk a lot. Although that is still manageable, the darkness at night when going home makes it challenging as there were no lights on the streets and no establishments on the way back to this hotel so we have to take a taxi every time we go home. Anna was helpful and polite, she served us everything that we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet has less options but was okay, I hope they could work on serving halal food. We also loved the room size, it was huge and it has a window with great view of Sapa mountains. The bathroom has a decent size but they have to put a soap and shampoo holder in the shower area. We also saw some cockroach in the hotel. Some plates and cutleries were not properly washed. I hope they would improve soon. But overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel.
