Honeymoon stay!”
Pros: Friendly staff. My wife was not feeling well the minute we got to our stay and there was a on staff nurse that came to assist her right away free of charge. The hot shower was the best! Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, but I think we got sick from the egg that wasn't fully cooked. This place is very secluded from everything else. It was relaxing and calming. The beach was minutes away from the pool. We had appetizers and drinks on the beach as we got a tan! They were kind enough to drop us off at the airport early in the morning. We had issues with our TV once we arrived and within minutes, three workers were already fixing the problem. It's close by the other restaurants which are a 10-15 minute walk along the beach which was nice because it was away from the crowds but not too far away to walk too. We both felt safe because it was well guarded. They even had a security guard at night checking people who were coming in from the beach to make sure they were guests.

The location of the place is spot on, great beach front, a very big pool and 5mins away from the airport. Rooms are clean, the staff are also very accomodating and friendly, specially miss Devine FO for helping me on surprising my wife for valentines day. Food choices are great, hoping more for desserts. We love the personalized cookie paperbags at night, so much effort

Excellent hotel!”
First of all the design of the hotel was amazing and suitable for a first-class resort. The room was big with cozy and really king-size bad. The staff was polite and very kind tried to help in everything we asked for. The infinity swimming pool is extra ordinary and connected to an amazing private beach (really private). We very enjoy and wish to comeback ASAP!! The hotel offer traysicle (Tuk-Tuk) from the hotel to the El-Nido center in price of 300peso - we found out that in a 5 min walk from the hotel you get to Lio Beach (lovely place) and there you have free-bus to El-Nido and back to the Lio Beach.

Service is top notch from the manager, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, restaurant/bar pool and security staff. Very friendly, courteous and respectful staff. Facility and its amenities are so clean and well-kept. Location is just a couple or three minutes away from the airport. Totally recommendable!

The hotel room was ok. The shower didn’t drain and kept flooding. The pool was big and clean. Close to the beach. The food and coffee were disgusting. It was disappointing for a 5star hotel. The buffet breakfast was cold, the bread and pastries were stale. It was disgusting. The cheese were mixed with fruit so it was wet. The coffee was disgusting. Even though they had a good coffee machine at the pool bar, they served us disgusting brewed coffee. The fresh juice was cordial. The room service was horrible. I ordered the club sandwich and got stale bread, left over bacon from the breakfast buffet, left over chicken from breakfast buffet, wilted lettuce and cucumber. Instead of hot fries,I got stale packet crisps. The fried calamari was soggy and rubbery. The spaghetti was cold and bland. The mini bar had opened and used cans of Coke. The only reasonable food was the fruits, and the tiny salad station; you can’t really stuff this up. Staff were friendly and tried to be accomm

Luxury hotel in a beautiful location ”
Location of the hotel is far from all the hustle, there is a public shuttle bus to the centre (about 7 min walk down the beach) but you have to be at the bus station at least 30 minutes before departure, otherwise you will not get a spot in the bus... so this is only one downside of the hotel, in my opinion for that amount of $ per night hotel should have their own shuttle bus at least 4 times per day in the afternoon hours. The hotel itself is beautiful - classy; very well designed, pool is huge, lots of sun lounges and cabanas ; beach is amazing and the views unbelievable; rooms are specious nicely decorated, very clean, balcony cozy and relaxing. Food is very delicious, I saw opinion that is not big variety of food for breakfast so I believe that the person who wrote this is very fussy, believe me food was very good, was heaps options to choose. I highly recommend this place and definitely will back there again.

Great resort to stay!”
The place is amazing! They have an excellent swimming pools! One thing that this place sets apart from the other resorts here in El Nido Palawan is their honesty. We forgot one of our bags at the resort when we discovered it while we were about to board the plane. The resort went above and beyond by searching for it and sent it back to Manila on the same day. Very impressed!

Seda Lio I would say did not disappoint . It is at par with other hotels around the world. My family loves to travel . No wonder my friends highly recommend the place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful which is a big plus for first timers like me. Filipino hospitality is like no other . They treat the guest with outmost respect wether you are a local or foreigner. My husband did not just enjoyed this vacation but got so spoiled with the people around. They may not have a degree but they know how to communicate and entertain people. Our tour got replaced by another which until now is a big question mark. But the replacement tour is as adventurous and exciting I believe. It’s the nice company of people and that made it worthwhile. It is a big property. Maintenance is not easy but the management somehow was able to do it. Food wise … they try to cater to every tongue as much as they can. If there is one thing that we did not like …is their WIFi… it really sucks! I have to stay near the door in order to use it. I don’t have a local line… I communicate with my friends and family thru messenger . My family is highly dependent on this. Maybe it’s just where our room is located??? But overall … if is a wonderful resort.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff”
Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff are accomodating and helpful. Location is convenient as it is near restaurants and just beside the beach. There were biting sand flies though but maybe it just depends on the season. You have to put insect repellent.

We honestly were expecting a resort that would be great but the minute we got here, everything was beyond what myself and my partner would have imagined. I would highly recommend this place to my friends or anyone who is hoping to have a relaxing time away.

The resort has great service, but menu can be improved. There are nearby restaurants to make up for the mediocre food and drink options. Make sure to snorkel on the beach, the nearby reef is top notch, lots of fish and some sea turtles. I am surprised the resort is not highlighting it more.

מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה , שירות מצויין . ישנו שרות שטלים מהמלון לאל ידו העיר ובחזרה ממש נוח. בריכה יפה וחוץ פרטי. יש כמה מסעדות וחנויות ממש נחמדו באזור של LIO מאוד מומלץ לישון באזור הזה ולא בעיר עצמה. צוות המלון עזר לנו בכל בקשה והיו נורא סבלנים. Very high standard hotel, excellent service. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the city and right back. Beautiful pool and private outdoor. There are some really nice restaurants and shops in the LIO area. The hotel staff helped us with every request and were very patient.

Amazing Stay”
Seda Lio is an amazing place to stay at. From the staffing to the restaurant in the hotel, everything was just spot on. We were 6 adults and 3 young children and we felt at ease with the hotel and its accessibility to different things. The staff also help arrange tours for us.

Great Place to Stay in El Nido”
Had a great stay at Seda. The facilities and staff were top notch. Love the area as it is a private beach. It's also only a 10-15 minute trike ride from El Nido town. Would definitely stay at Seda again when I go back to El Nido.

Perfect place for relaxing ”
We went there with our family including 10month baby. All the area for this hotel is very private and huge space there. Especially our kids are very much enjoying the environment that this hotel gave to us.. I want to go once again this place. Really recommended.

Great Hotel!!”
Enjoyed our stay here, perfect location, only 5 mins from airport. All the facilities are fantastic especially their spa. My only issue was they do not serve fresh seafood and this is what you are supposed to experience and enjoy in an island. Overall excellent service!

The Best El Nido Experience”
My family (2 adults and 3 kids), had such a pleasant experience! We took a super early flight and arrived at Seda quite early too(730am). Because the room was already ready(no guest before us), we were given an early check-in and for a traveling mom this was such a great treat! We tried out the island hopping experience via Belitta tours, and the staff was amazing and the tour guide was well trained. That made our island hopping trip very exciting and animated. The resort itself is a big beach front, sprawling property. The pool is super big and kid friendly, my kids jumped in and out independently. They have a spa, a play room and a game room. I couldn’t ask for any better El Nido experience. I loved it!
